Apartment holiday rentals in Orange Beach

One word that comes to mind is “WOW!” The condo was perfect in every way. Easy to access and very comfortable. David and Susan are very fast with their response to any questions you may have. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view is spectacular! Very short walk to the beach. I have stayed at several location over the years and this is absolutely my favorite place! Can’t say enough about it. It was simply amazing! Very highly recommended A++++++++.

We loved our stay! The condo is updated and super nice. The bathroom and kitchen were so clean. They provided tons of extra blankets. The condo also had amazing AC, which isn’t always the case for beach condos in the summer especially. Close to all the great restaurants and fishing spots, shopping, etc. the walk out to the beach isn’t bad and beach rental service was awesome. We loved Phoenix VII!

Easy check in/out, great location, felt right at home and beautiful patio view! Easy walk to the beach (there is a crosswalk/light that makes it so convenient) and the outdoor closet has beach items (we brought our own but if anyone needed any). The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit with restaurants being walkable as well. The home is very clean and comfortable, there is an elevator too which was nice for loading and unloading and there was plenty of parking!!! We stayed with my brother and his wife and had plenty of room to spread out and have our space we never felt cramped (there were 4 adults and 2 kids). Colette is very friendly and responds quickly and her place will be our go Orange Beach stay.

We’ve stayed at 7-8 different condos in Orange Beach. The total package of Carrie’s unit plus the SEACHASE property stole the show. In addition, Carrie was the most friendly & responsive host we’ve ever worked with. We just left yesterday & have already rebooked for next year.

Ashleigh was a great host. She was available for anything you need. Location was great, very short walk to the beach and like half a mile to Publix (great grocery store). Beach was beautiful and we loved going out to the pier halfway to gulf shores to see dolphins and the fishing.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. My kids enjoyed the pool. Will come back to stay here, everything was near and assessable .

This place is nothing short of incredible! The views were amazing and the space is comfortable like home. We enjoyed staying so much and will definitely be back!

I can not give Sunni and her condo a better review. My boyfriend and I were evactuated from a different condo building at 7pm on a Wednesday with nowhere to stay. I found this condo and Sunni immediately responded. She was able to help us secure this condo in literal minutes. Her instructions were easy, clear, and concise. When entering the condo- I could tell how clean it was before the door was even open- the smell of fresh linen. The condo was immaculate and so perfectly appointed. Her bedding/pillows/blankets are plentiful and very comfortable, great television, very helpful beach equipment, and a kitchen that with appliances that far exceed what she has listed. Sunni adds personal touches that immediately made us feel welcome.

LOVED our stay here! This condo is in a great location!! Right between two amazing restaurants and right on the water. Also super close to the state park… we actually rode our bicycles over to the park and spent the day and then came back and walked over to Tacky Jacks for dinner. The condo is right on the water and we were able to fish as well. The condo is super clean and Josh is very responsive to my questions and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. HIGHLY recommend this place and I plan on making plans to stay again in the future!

Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! The hosts are awesome and quick to respond about questions I had. The location was great! Had an amazing time with an awesome place to relax after the day was done.

This was my first experience with using Airbnb, and I am extremely satisfied with this listing! The host Daniel was amazing with instructions for check in and check out, and even gave us a list of things to do around the area. He was also very responsive with any questions I had. Will for sure stay here next time we come to Gulf Shores! Couldn’t recommend this place enough 🥰

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Shopping, places to eat and the beach all within walking distance. What more do you need? We will definitely stay here again.

Joe was an excellent host. He responded to texts promptly and was very polite and helpful. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you could want/need. Our next visit to Orange Beach will likely include a return to this gem!

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect for easy commute. Just a short walk or drive to the public beach was a huge perk. The property was very well maintained and the condo was cozy and clean.

Our family of five enjoyed staying at this condo! What we loved: There are only 81 condos at Phoenix 8 which means quick elevators and less people! We played tennis every day! We watched dolphins in the early morning off of our balcony. Great view and easy beach access. Ike’s beach service was great! We loved the comfy condo to come back to after playing in the sun. We really enjoyed the bay view also on the opposite side as we got in the elevators every morning. It sure was beautiful to see the sun rise over the bay as well. This condo was very nicely updated. We have stayed in other Phoenix condos and really enjoyed this visit best! It would be nice to know the softness of the beds when booking. Everyone likes something different. The master bed is a firm bed. We would book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Check-in was easy, and the host was great with communication. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place and we enjoyed our time there. Only problems: ice machine in freezer did not make much ice, door to lanai wouldn’t lock but we loved the big handle and how easily it moved back and forth. Something that would be helpful is a designated area for you to put tents and chairs at the end of the day. It was difficult to either put it all back in your car or up to 15th floor and inside your condo. Thanks! We would definitely consider this condo in the future.
