Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood 5 km from the city center and 2 km close to a sandy beach. It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

This cozy attic is a great stay opportunity not only for a family but also for a group of friends or colleagues providing you with all the necessities and a friendly greek hospitality. The small integrated kitchen, your own bathroom, a TV and some additional facilities of the place won't disappoint you. From fresh coffee and some vegetables from our garden to some tips and recommendations from the locals, its all included. There's also plenty of space to park your car in front of the house.

Its a modern renovated apartment, fully equipped, with brand new furniture as well as kitchen appliances, waiting for kind guests. Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.
