Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Orem

My family loved our stay here! The home was in walking distance to a bunch of stores and restaurants which we utilized for a lunch outing 😊 The beds were very comfortable, the media room setup was super impressive, and we loved having Alexa at our disposal. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The location was easy to access and use-- no long lists of chores/rules or last-minute fees. We felt truly welcomed and trusted, thank you! Our entire family felt comfortable and enjoyed themselves-- especially with the games and big tree swing.

Great location and cozy home. Had a nice time staying here for 3 weeks. This house is close to a lot of restaurants, Trader Joes and the freeway. The hosts were very responsive - there was a slight hiccup/miscommunication with the place not being fully cleaned by the cleaners when we first arrived but it was rectified immediately. This was the perfect stay and I will definitely try to come back!

We stayed at Brad's place during our daughter's wedding and reception. Brad was very friendly and checked in often to see how things were going. He was flexible and easy to work with when we had an extra family member stay with us last minute. I would definitely recommend staying there. We really enjoyed our stay!

Can only echo all the 5* reviews. What a lucky find for us and sorry we only stayed one night and didn’t get more time in this fabulous house. The most high spec AirBNB we’ve ever had but still super comfy, spotless and homely. GREAT shower. Thanks for hosting us.

Host was awesome to deal with and very helpful about the area. Clean house was as described, nice quiet neighborhood, close to things to do and host had recommendations of area.

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend this wonderful host and her home for your stay in Utah. They went above and beyond to help us with things we needed for our trip. Our son got married during our stay and they were extremely helpful and accommodating for some specific needs we had! Mindy and her husband are amazing!

We loved staying at Paola's place with our family of two adults and two small kids. They arranged a baby crib for us and were extremely accommodating for our asks. There was two king size and two queen size beds and 3 bedrooms, so the place was much bigger than what we even needed. Thank you!

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Our mother passed wAy and we had a few hours to find a place to stay from out of town. Corrine was accommodating to push our reservation through. The peacefulness, the comfortable living arrangements made the hard to go through process so much easier.

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

The pictures made it seem a bit bigger than it was but it was still very comfortable and met our needs! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It’s a little complicated to get in but the instructions were very clear, I just had to refer back to them many times! The hot tub is in a weird location and it closed at 9pm. There were plenty of towels and we all loved the smell of the body wash haha! The host was responsive and answered my questions and overall we had a great time and are so grateful we got to spend time together there! Thank you!!

Nice facility and well maintained condo/room. Plenty of security in parking areas and entry

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

Really enjoyed the condo! Quiet-never heard any neighbors. We liked the location— being in between Kimball Junction and PC Main Street. Scott was very kind and communicative!

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.

If you are going to ski Solitude or Brighton, stay here. It is a joy just to be in these sunlit rooms. From the windows you can see a ski lift dropping off skiers on a Solitude ski trail. Put your boots on in the room and walk to skiing. Afterword you can take a soak in the hot tubs that are right next door. Bring your groceries from Salt Lake City (no supermarkets up here) and you can prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with the fireplace nearby. If any problems arise, Ben takes care of them quickly with rapid communication. And by the way, check-in is a breeze. You may not think about this, but having your car parked in a heated garage makes winter travel a lot easier too. Loved my stay.

Love staying at The Retreat. Clean, quiet, convenient, and Barry is a fantastic host - very responsive. Close to everything we plan while in PC. Look forward to staying again.
