Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Orford

Blissful couple of nights at this cosy Bruny cottage. We were so lucky with the weather, cold clear skys. We even got some Lady Aurora activity. The cottage was very warm and the bed was soooooo comfortable. Just a quick trip to the Bruny Island Hotel made dinner a breeze. Location is great as it was not far to the south or to Adventure Bay. Loved spending time on the deck or enjoying the view from the lounge. Look forward to returning.

A unique experience , Scott’s place is a wonderful peaceful getaway , surrounded by trees within a very short stroll to the beach . The floor to ceiling windows really make you feel like your emersed in the natural environment . The contemporary design , well stocked kitchen and facilities in general make for a very comfortable stay . The fabulous beach and easy reach of the Freycinet peninsula make this an ideal place to explore Tasmania’s incredible east coast . Watch the sunrise over the freycinet peaks then go for a morning dip , it doesn’t get much better .

Beautiful friendly warm Airbnb, plenty of room and lots to do. Holiday home equipped with everything you need to have a great escape. Absolutely awesome place.

We loved our stay, such a gorgeous location and short walk to the beach. Lovely and clean, a very spacious house for our tended family. The kitchen had all the essentials and appliances. We loved the coffee machine and fresh coffee beans. Great large walk-in showers and super comfy beds. We loved the outdoor fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. We all had a lovely and relaxing weekend away and everything was exactly as Lucy described.

Honni’s place is a gem. This was my second stay because the house is such a great relaxation spot. Perfect for a quiet winter (or summer) weekend with my dog, walking on the beach and sitting in front of the fire. The house has everything I needed. Thank you Honni!

Beautiful house. Good location and Antonia was very easy to communicate with…. The only thing I will say is just be aware if you’re a taller person that some of the doors ways are quite short, my boyfriend is 6ft and hit his head a couple times along the way.

Beautiful, peaceful place . Close proximity to cafes, restaurants, Shops , Salamanca markets, Battery point . Great host . Wonderful historic place . Set back in time with all modern amenities in the house . Does not get much better!!! Thanks Nicole.

Chantelle was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. I had a lot of questions, both for myself and on behalf of the group. Chantelle was always quick to respond and happy to assist. Her communication was excellent, and she was flexible with our check-in times, which really helped accommodate our busy schedule. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was so well-equipped, down to all the essentials, which made staying in really enjoyable and convenient. I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Tassie.☺️

We loved it. It felt like arriving at home. The garden is magnificient, the plants inside are stunning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped to cook. The fire place is gorgeous. We have a great time.

Appreciated that we could bring our elderly dog with us. Lovely property with a great aspect from the back of the house. Lots of great outdoor zones within the fenced back yard. We were disappointed that we couldn’t spend more time at the property as it was work trip with us attending a weekend conference being held at the Eastcoaster. Bernacchi’s Retreat had everything we could want, with many extra’s.

Beautiful place and area! We had an amazing stay. Sarah-Jane was extremely generous and accommodating with an early check in. The place had everything that we needed and we loved our stay.

Spent a couple nights at Michael's place. The location is just minutes from Port Arthur Historic site and walking distance to the general store for provisions. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The separate space heater in the bathroom was great as the central unit didn't heat in there. Having laundry in the unit was also a big plus. The wi-fi was fast (not always a given in Tasmania we've found). The only "complaint" is that although the kitchen is stocked with pots, plates, glasses, spices etc.. Michael doesn't supply any paper products (napkins/paper towels) so come with those.

Had a beautiful weekend at the cottage! Loved the wood fire, views, walking on the beach. Very clean place with lovely comfy king bed and beautiful quality linen!

Beautiful location, beautiful space, light and airy. Very clean. Emily and Brendan communicated well and acted quickly when we discovered an issue with the WiFi. Our pup loved the big backyard. We would definitely go back!

Lois' little cottage was fantastic. Loved the interior, very comfortable and cosy. Short distance to supermarkets and eateries and an easy walk to CBD.

We loved staying at the ModPod because it was private, quiet, and cozy, and our host made us feel very welcome. It had everything we needed and the bed was warm and comfortable which is important for us. It has a spectacular view of the mountains and it’s convenient to pop in and out of Hobart. We highly recommend Jill and the ModPod and will tell our friends and definitely stay again when we’re next visiting Tasmania.

Natalie's place is excellent. It's warm, comfortable and has a wonderful view of the bay. It's in a gorgeous area, and only a short drive to Salamanca. Close to everything you need. We highly recommend staying here and will be back. Thanks for a great stay, Natalie!
