Spent a long weekend here with one other couple and had an amazing first trip to the North Fork. Karine's home was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to see, and her recommendations were excellent and super helpful! I hope to come back soon and would absolutely recommend this place to others. Thank you Karine!

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

Beautiful home worth the stay

Harris was an amazing host! Very responsive and thoughtful. He even left us a basket weaving kit for the offchance that it rained during our stay. The home was stunning — beautiful furniture, stocked kitchen, and stunning art. Convenient to Southampton, East Hampton, and of course, Sag Harbor! Will definitely be staying again!

This is a beautiful farmhouse setting with gorgeous gardens, chickens, a nice screened in private porch, and a very friendly and adorable kitty. Jessica was a great host and provided some delicious homemade yogurt with milk and fruit, and plenty of coffee and tea. We brought our dog and he was comfortable there, we had plenty of space to walk him around.

Dewey’s place is such a dream! Everything is freshly renovated and just feels so crisp, clean, and stylish. You can tell so much love went into the design it’s the perfect mix of modern and cozy. We felt right at home the second we walked in. The kitchen is gorgeous, the bathrooms are spa-like, and every little detail was just so well thought out. Dewey was the sweetest host super responsive and made everything totally seamless. The location is amazing too quiet and peaceful, but still close to all the fun spots (beach, town, restaurants). We didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you’ll love it just as much as we did!

The house was so cozy and comfortable and well stocked. I didn't even miss not having a tv. there are games, records to play on the record player, and plenty of kitchen utensils and spices to experiment in the kitchen. I enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and walking in the neighborhood. You will need a car to be able to access restaurants and shopping, but it was a short drive. It was exactly what I was hoping for and would return again.

Erica and Janson's place was perfect for our group of eight to attend a wedding in the Hamptons. You cannot get closer to the North Ferry to Shelter Island and there are many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance... the pizza place next door is open late, PORT restaurant (across the street!) is great for waterfront drinks and dinner. While we didn't use it, the LIRR station from Manhattan is also 500 feet from the front door. Ample parking was appreciated and the place was spotless. Thank you Erica and Janson!

We had a fabulous stay at this adorable cottage. It had everything we needed and more. Great spaces indoors and out to hang out, walkable to one of our favorite wineries, other wineries & restaurants close by. Appreciated having a tandem kayak to use & explore Goose Creek. Enjoyed watching birds, including Baltimore oriole parents in a nest in the backyard. Would return again. Thank you!

Anne Marie’s cottage was exactly as described right along w/the peaceful surroundings, lovely views of the water and close proximity to beach and town. She gave us recommendations for local gems, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We will certainly try to get back again. Cheers to the host 🥂

Fantastic cute spot in Old Saybrook. Key things for future guests to know - there is no A/C in the winter months so the air can get a bit stale / stuffy in the house. Plus there is no washing machine / dryer in the house, so defo bring enough clothes!

Had a great time - beach was great for kids and the house was super clean and comfy to stay in. Plenty of things to do in the niantic area!

Perfect place for a family vacation! This was hands down the most well stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Made cooking meals for a big group a breeze. The house is spacious and beautiful! We grew up in this neighborhood just 2 blocks away and it was so fun to be back! Could not recommend more highly!

As a native long islander I enjoy finding great properties I can bring my family to to take advantage of all long island has to offer. This was the DREAMIEST beach bungalow!! The bedroom with the two beds was just my favorite room especially since we visited off season. You cannot beat this location. I can't wait to book again during high season! Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, reasonably convenient location in a residential neighborhood a couple of miles from the center of Southold. We had a nice stay, and would return again. Hosts very responsive to questions and a request. The nearby walkable (one mile) bay beach is nice for children (pricey permit required for parking, as at other nearby beaches except for the $8 state park). Fenced in yard for the dog. Plenty of off street parking at the door. Shady front yard, sunny private back yard. Recommended!

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend get away. It’s a great location close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely weekend at Rachel's cozy abode! The home was perfect for a few of us working remotely for the week. We were able to enjoy the peaceful backyard & pool and the house was stocked with all the kitchen essentials we needed to cook a few meals at home. The location of the house is also great--we enjoyed the quick drives to nearby beaches and our dinner outings. Rachel was communicative, kind, and responsive. We hope to be back for another getaway in the near future!

Paul was a great host. We had a few questions and he was extremely responsive and helpful each time. The home is beautiful, peaceful, and had a wonderful view of the water.

This spot was a great find. Hadn't been to Shelter Island before. I found the location super convenient. Literally every place I went was 5 mins on GPS from her house. She was very clear about everything, responsive to emails, and everything was as described, however the pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful home and pool, people came to clean the pool early one morning during the stay and were not disruptive at all. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floaties, games, netflix, literally everything you could want or need. Loved our stay!

Terrence's home, a cottage style ranch was ideal in a lovely location. I loved the beautiful flowers on the deck. The home is comfortable had everything you might need and I liked it's simplicity. Also, he was a good communicator and easy to talk to. I'd say it was homey ! I should mention everything worked right, and it was spotless clean.
