Katie’s place is quiet, clean and equipped with all the kitchen essentials so we could either eat at restaurants or at home. Great walking tracks close by. Katie was great to communicate with. A great stay.

Marykate was an excellent host. We arrived early and she went out of her way to meet us and make sure we were comfortable. The place is very cool and very clean. Right in the thick of restaurants and everything we wanted and needed to do in Wellington. We went for a graduation and could not have had a better location. Had a fabulous time!

Sam’s lovely apartment very quickly became my home away from home in Wellington and New Zealand on the whole. The apartment is cozy and classy at the same time. Sufficiently comfortable to host guests and a good amount of space for one person, a couple, or small family. Sam and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, in a timely fashion, to any inquiry. The location in Wellington could not be more perfect. It’s literally around the corner from most places you would likely want to go and steps from the gorgeous waterfront. The neighborhood is busy and can be loud, especially on the weekends for light sleepers, but nothing some earplugs cannot fix. The apartment is well equipped with supplies for a short or longer term stay. I had an amazing time and cannot recommend Sam and this apartment highly enough! Thank you, Sam!!

What a perfect spot. So central yet quiet and beautifully fitted out. The little touches like bathrobes, marshmallows for the hot chocolate and a bikkie for a cuppa were lovely. The added discovery of a cool whiskey bar downstairs (not that you would have known!) was a treat. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and clean as pictured. There were also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.I recommend it.

Loved our short stay here. Perfect place to stay for someone travelling alone or a couple. Would definitely recommend, for those needing a place to stay in Wellington. Lots of different food joints around that are within walking distance. Thank you Richie!

Great stay. Perfect for me, was looking for a place with views and at a decent but not too long walking distance from the city. Perfect for people at conference for example that still want to get some activity in and have sense of place, otherwise you just roll out of a hotel and into conference without realising you are in Wellington. Private, clean, practical amenities, clear instructions and how wonderful to have thoughtful details such as strings of lights on the table outside and inside on the bed to guide me (I arrived after sunset). I loved the walk to and from city (30 minutes to Tākina/ Te Papa, whichever route you take (either well lit pavement route down Palliser road or take the nature route - Victoria lookout and then through the Mount Victoria town belt - and bump into locations from LOTR such as where the hobbits hid from the black riders under tree roots). We loved our stay here. The flat is very spacious and had a great kitchen with everything you could need. It was really clean and homely. Super location in the city too. Would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved all of the “bells and whistles” at Jason’s place! Besides for the comfy beds and great view, we enjoyed all of the high tech additions. The heated floor in the bathroom and toilet that greeted us brought us great joy. The shower is the best. The blackout shades blocked all the light. The sun shades provided privacy. There was so much storage, and every space was useful. The apartment is well-designed. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Wellington. This is one of our favorite AirBnBs.

Staying at Rhys' apartment was well worth our money! A beautiful and clean place with all the needed things in the kitchen and bathroom. A minor hiccup at the begging of our stay was resolved extremely efficiently and professionally by Rhys. I'd highly recommend staying here, as I would again. A perfect stay

Ideal location right by the beach and next to a nice cafe. Great place that was clean and well furnished.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler. The location is good for getting to the city centre either by bus from the road near the house or about 25 minutes walk steep hill then level walk most of the way. Feng is very helpful. There is a great view from the living room/dining room. The access to the property is down some fairly steep steps which have a hand rail at the side. Was very comfortable here and would stay again.

Stunning stunning view and location. Privacy is good, well kept and very tidy abode. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back!
