Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Megan was very clear on the house rules, she responded promptly and made sure we were well aware of everything. Her house was clean, beautiful and super kid friendly which was why we booked! Needless to say it was a great experience!

This was a perfect choice for a meet-up for three couples. We had a bourbon tour planned but we also wanted to explore the local NuLu area in Louisville- easy walk from the house. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms and bedrooms worked out nicely. Would definitely visit this area again as the restaurants, bars and shops are great! Very convenient to the downtown, too.

Beautiful home in a convenient location. Easily slept 7 adults and had plenty of room in the kitchen, dining room, and living room, to congregate and socialize. Would highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! Beautiful big bag yard and I enjoyed the hot tub! Communication was great from start to finish!!

great stay at Krystian’s place. plenty of space and super convenient to anywhere in downtown Louisville. really liked having a driveway and didn’t have to rely on street parking. would stay again!

Brandon and his team were hugely communicative via text, which is actually my preference, and I appreciated his assistant really helping me out w a specific ask that I had, Kayla went above and beyond, big kudos to her!!! Would *absolutely* stay there again if I ever make it back to the Derby!

It was very clean and current. Super neat venue loved the private balcony and the shared roof space.

My kids and I drove to Louisville on a whim and had such a blast! We lucked out that Noah’s place was available on short notice because it is a gem! Toys kept the kids entertained. It was spacious, clean and hip! We walked all over Highlands neighborhood and it was a great hub for exploring other parts of the city. We felt safe walking. I regret we didn’t have enough time to explore the shops and bookstores in the area but we ate out a few times. Noah was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was very quiet despite being above another apartment. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Louisville.

We enjoyed this roomy and comfortable place surrounded by trees and nature. Check-in was a breeze and we found everything we needed to have a pleasant stay.

We loved staying here and it was the perfect location for our family Easter! I truly can’t say enough great things about this cabin and the owners! It was very clean and well appointed with anything you need and the owners were very accommodating and kind! They helped with a couple requests, including a pack and play and high chair. We were able to cook a large Easter dinner with the stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. The property is very serene with plenty of privacy and great options for hiking around. The location is also not too far to get to the grocery store and restaurants. Lastly, the pool table and hot tub were a hit! We highly recommend to stay here and know we will definitely be back for another stay!

Our stay here was very relaxing. Stunning house built snug in the woods on a river. Listening to the birds while drinking coffee in the morning was my wife’s favorite. Our girls loved the bunk room and the hammock. Small space but high ceilings and well thought out design, decor, and furniture made it feel spacious. We explored the Marengo Caves, downtown Salem, and just enjoyed slowing down for a few days. We brought food with us, and cooked all the meals. They have everything you need there to make cooking easy. We loved it and want to come back in the fall when the leaves change.

We really enjoyed this cute cabin and it was perfect for our Kentucky bourbon Trail. Very clean and James was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us very useful info. Friendly dogs and cats that roamed around.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! Beautiful little Cabin with so much history inside. Full kitchen, Cozy living area, sleep number bed was very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, so many flowers, plants, trees, just perfections and very quiet. Tammy and Jane greeted us as we checked in and showed us around. Tammy also made us breakfast every morning, fresh and homemade and even a to go basket on our last morning. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We were visiting for the derby and wished we had more time to enjoy this little peace of beauty!

Excellent stay, responsive host. Very clean with well supplied kitchen. Private and nicely situated against the woods.
