The house is built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by fast boat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the fast boat dock. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.

Our apartment is located on Beian in Ørland municipality. It is part of an apartment complex and we live in the complex ourselves. In the immediate vicinity is a great sandy beach, and nice hiking opportunities on foot, or by bike. We also rent out a boat (40hp/19ft) and a 9 seater car for extra charge.
