Newer apartment

I rent out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a shielded and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. For those interested in the outdoors, wilderness and fine hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Since it is my home that I rent out, there will be a few items that I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

Including electricity, internet and otherwise fully furnished and with all necessary equipment. Free parking on your own courtyard. Only a short walk down to the city center and the university in southeast Norway at the campus of Drammen (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is in a quiet and neat residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and biking right next door. Rural location with 500 meters to the bus stop and about 5 km to the train. Free parking with charging facilities for electric cars for a fee. When I'm not renting the space, I live there. Some rooms and closets will therefore not be available.

The Post Cabin

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

Studio apartment 10min to town center/Jazzfestival

Small apartment in private home, one room 20 m2, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen. You will have your own entrance. Free parking in the street. Ideal for traveling alone, friends, couples or small family. The bed is queen size, 120cm x 200cm, and it is possible to put extra mattress on the floor. 10-15 min walk to town center, Krona, bus-/train station, and Kongsberg Jazzfestival 4. july - 7. july. 20 min walk to Kongsberg Technology Park. Close to skiing resort, Kongsberg Skisenter.

Varmepumpe som både kan varme og kjøle. Rolig boligstrøk. Det er greit å vite at fra klokken 9 er høner og hane ute i sin luftegård. Sengetøy og håndklær finnes og kjøkkenet har vannkoker, kjøleskap, komfyrtopp, mikrobølgeovn. Vi står for renholdet etter ditt opphold.

Leiligheten er nær offentlig transport, ligger midt i sentrum i Gamlebyen og har nærhet til Krona, skisenter og turområder. I tillegg nær kulturtilbud og ti min gåtur til Kongsberg Næringspark. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av stemningen, beliggenheten og vertskapet. Men du må like dyr da du vil dele hagen med en wheaten terrier og en katt.
