We have our own private Lake Access with a Jetty and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It was our first time doing something like this with our young family of 5 and we had an amazing time. The setup was perfect for a family getaway. It was comfortable, clean, and surrounded by nature. Stephanie was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kids had a blast, and so did we. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and unique family experience surrounded by nature
