Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ortaca

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

A gorgeous hide away in the mountains with great views. Our family had a great time. A car is a must. Sunset Restaurant highly recommended for authentic Turkish home cooking and an incredible sunset. We are looking forward to next time already.

First of all, as soon as you enter the house, you are greeted by a peaceful garden and magnificent floral scents. The house has such a veranda that the sea view below is perfect for relaxing, especially in the evenings with fireflies. When you enter the house, you are greeted by simple but sweet colors. The living area is large enough and the kitchen area is very cool. All kinds of kitchen supplies are available. My wife even found a patterned cake mold to bake cakes. 😃Also, the hostess Nurcan's taste, simplicity, and order in every corner of the house definitely deserves great appreciation. There is air conditioning in both of the bedrooms upstairs, you can sleep very comfortably. The house is in a very quiet place, very close to Sarigerme beach and the magnificent Aşı Bay. We definitely recommend it for a peaceful holiday. We left with very good memories. We thank Nurcan for opening the doors of her house to us and for her excellent hospitality.

Lovely clean villa. Just a small note- this is a semi detached shared with the owner but self contained. The pool is shared with the owner not private. No access to the pool from the balcony, you have to go through the house to get to the pool. If cooking take everything, tea,coffee,salt&pepper, oil etc. No loo roll,bin bags, washing powder, toiletries are provided. But very clean & comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan, the last drop for a drink is Hotel Nish Caria right on the corner of the villa, Migros supermarket 1min walk. You will be adopted by more than 10 cats which was lovely! A great villa for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms each with en suite. A nice base to explore the village. A good value for money, we’d consider this again. Well done OGÜN & Semra!

The size, garden, pool, furniture and decoration of the house were good. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There is enough equipment in the kitchen. The garden is spacious and beautifully landscaped. We had a pleasant and peaceful holiday for 5 days. It's a little far from the center on foot, but if there's a car, it doesn't matter.

Everything was great except the internet connection which was not stable and strong. Fully recommended.

Mr Huseyin and his family are wonderful hosts. Communication is great, they are friendly, kind and extremely welcoming. Check in/out by Dale on behalf of the host was smooth and easy. The Villa is an amazing place to have a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious, homely, great facilities, as described and as the photo's clearly show. The location of the Villa is quiet and private but only a short walk into the centre of Dalyan and the many shops, bars and restaurants. The host cleans the pool and gardens everyday which are immaculately maintained with fruit trees, plants and flowers. I stayed with my Mum and Daughter, we had a fantastic holiday. This is a special place to stay and come home to after a day of trips or sightseeing, made particularly memorable by the hospitality of the host and his family. The saying 'we arrived as guests but left as friends' has never been more true. I would highly recommend Villa Pedaliza and will be booking again on my next visit to this beautiful area.

Host was brilliant, check in was swift. The apartment was spotless and clean, only downside was a strong smell of smoke but could be from previous guests. Host recommend places to get food and offered to print my boarding pass. The house was quite warm, ac on full blast wasn’t enough to cool it. Good stay and nice area with good host.

We were very happy with our stay. We only stayed one night because we had a very early flight the next morning, but everything was great. Very close to the airport. The host was extremely hospitable and shared all the instructions clearly. The house was clean, convenient and equipped with all necessary equipment. Although the duration was very short, we were quite satisfied. We were also comfortable in terms of comfort, we rested peacefully. Thank you, Ms. Gül and Mr. Can!

Perihan was very helpful when our booking with Vrbo got cancelled a week before departure and managed to get us booked in at short notice, she also sorted our transfers out, Perihan is a lovely host and messaged us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok.

We stayed here with our 4 children of varying ages from 15 right down to 1.5 years old. The photos do not do this place justice, it’s beautiful and large with loads of space for us all. The only thing I had an issue with (and this really isn’t an issue at all if I had planned better) was that there were no plates/cups for children, everything was porcelain or glass. Again if I had known I would have just packed my own, but this does not take away from the fact this place is stunning. It’s perfect if you want to get away from everything as it’s situated away from all the busyness. The views of the sunrise in the morning were some of the best and our regular morning feeds with the chickens were welcomed by the kids. We would definitely come back Sevki was a great host.

Such a beautiful home. After being delayed and a long days travel, the house was so nice to arrive to. It was very clean and cosy, showers were nice and hot and the beds were very comfortable. WiFi worked perfectly and the pool was amazing. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. A big big thank you to the hosts for being so friendly and so welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here! See you next year!!

We stayed in Kamals Villa in Dalyan last week with a party of six including 2 late teenagers and grandparents. This Villa and its amenities is by far one of the best we have ever stayed in . It's clean , comfortable, has everything you need like a home from home . It is an easy walk to the local supermarket and shops where you will find plenty of restaurants and things to do and see. The local people are so friendly and welcoming . Kemal was a fantastic host , always ready on txt msg to organise delivery of water and anything else we needed. He also gave us some fish to cook on the bbq which he caught himself . It was delicious. Thank you Kemal and your family for making our stay so special.

Incredibly beautiful villa! Ergun was so kind and attentive and so helpful with local dinner, day trips recommendations or anything else we needed. Great location, easy walk to town. Such a gem! So looking forward to going back! Highly recommend ❤️

Villa was really lovely and spacious especially as there was only 3 of us. Pool was amazing. Emre and Victoria were always helpful especially with delayed flight and meeting us at the Villa late. Thank you. Location was lovely and great to see the swifts doing dance shows for us! Would have been helpful to have a welcome pack about the area, market, dolmus, excursions etc. Shame the centre is very touristy and hard to find Turkish shops but you can leave it all behind with a super walk by the river with stunning views. Thanks for a great stay, have been recommending to others.

This is a fantastic villa in a great location has a large pool and terrace great views of the mountains surrounding Dalyan, beautifully clean. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for your stay. The gardens are well kept with many shrubs and fruit trees, would definitely go back again.
