It's a great place if you have a vehicle and won't go up and down the coast road very often. We had a family stay and were very comfortable. The soundproofing of the rooms could have been a little better. We didn't have the opportunity to use the garden but as far as I observed most things needed were available. The building is comfortable and the elevator is spacious. You can easily park the vehicles in front of the house. It's a nice plus that the bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet.
