This is an ocean view unit on the most ocean side of the building called Gem base in Suma. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door are open, so it gets busy until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train running. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the large lawn terrace facing the sea on the premises♪ (please use the electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room.No charcoal available) The neighborhood is a windsurfing shop, so you can rent a sup, have a windsurfing school, or try a marine sport!(Reservation required) 4-minute walk from Suma Station along the beach!

There is no elevator in this house. You need to climb stairs. Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out on the ground floor. 5-minute walk from Exit 6 and 7 of Nihonbashi Station, the nearest station Linear distance: Nipponbashi Station Exit 7 (300m), Namba Station (900m), Shinsaibashi (800m), Kuromon Market (350m), Dotonbori (300m), and Amerika-mura are also within walking distance. We can speak Japanese, Chinese, and English. High-speed WIFI, washing machine, microwave, TV with Japanese TV programs, YOUTUBE, kitchenette, small refrigerator, heated toilet seat and other facilities. Large room along Dotonbori river , up to 9people

This flat is in the middle of Dotonbori and along the Dotonbori River. The view of the river and the cityscape is so nice . The room is very spacious and can accommodate up to 9 people. This flat is a 5-minute walk from Nihonbashi stations. (Free pick up service ) If you book this room for more than 7 nights by the group of more than 7 people or for 9 nights by any number of people , we will pick you up from the airport to the flat for free. It is a 6-minute walk from Kaizuka Station on the Nankai Line. Kaizuka Station is 15 minutes from Kansai Airport and 30 minutes from Namba. Both stations are directly connected and do not require transfers. There is also a car park on site.
