Great place with plenty of room for a family. Nice and new furnishings. This unit is close to the pool and amenities. Walking around the community was nice too with the trails and bridges connecting it all. I’d definitely stay again.

The listing matched the description and looked just like the photos. It was a pleasant stay and would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive when messaged. Home was very clean.

Mario’s place was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean and had everything you’d need. The house was spotless with a huge laundry room. There were pool toys available and a great outdoor seating area near the pool! Lots of spacious bedrooms and very comfy beds. Will definitely stay at this house again! 10/10(:

Acomodação incrivel! eu e minha familia ficamos alguns dias, somos em 4 pessoas e o espaço foi o suficiente para nós durante a nossa estadia! adoramos o lugar, bairro tranquilo, a casa muito aconchegante, muito limpa, com vários utensílios, muito confortavel, foi tudo perfeito! só temos a agradecer!!!

This is by far the best short-term rental I have stayed in within and outside the U.S. There’s a reason she has great reviews/rating. Very clean house and pool with all the listed amenities in great shape and host was very responsive. You have nothing to worry about. Book it now! We’ll be back at some point for sure 😎

We loved our stay! We were close to the parks and could come home and enjoy the hot tub after a long day of walking! We came in on a late flight - so it was also nice to be able to check-in late at night and it was super easy. There were lots of places to shop and eat close by. Home was clean and just like the pictures! Mariela gave great instructions and always responded really quickly. :) Would definitely stay here again.

Michel's villa in Haines City is amazing. We had been let down by a booking at another AirBnB which didn't match up to the photos and fortunately Michel's place was available for us to book instead. We were so relieved to discover that the pictures of Michel's place were accurate and perhaps didn't do it justice for how beautiful the place actually is. The villa is beautifully presented and equipped, everything is in working order and we had everything we needed. The villa is on a gated community alongside a golf course. The process for gaining access to the neighbourhood at the security barriers was quick and easy. There is a large Walmart nearby which was ideal for buying any supplies we needed during our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants/takeaway options in the area such as Manny's Chophouse and Floridinos. Overall we would rate the stay as 10/10 and we would consider staying here again. Amazing home beautifully decorated. I only wish I could have stayed more than one night. I'll definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it for families and groups of 4-6. When I arrived, check in was super easy and they had the lights on for my late arrival through the home, which made it easy to find my way to a comfy bed.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Very responsive. We stayed 9 nights with a family of 5. We bought some free&clear detergent, extra TP. He added black-out curtains in 3rd room for us & brought us a broom to use. The non-master sink didn’t drain well & the towel rack was coming out of the wall. Still usable. Master bathroom lighting terrible for make-up. Great hot water - never ran out when all 5 showering one after the other. Only non-master shower had a hand-held shower head (very helpful when washing my kids’ hair). No hand towels, but we weren’t using the pool, so we used two pool towels in the bathrooms to dry our hands. (6 bath towels and 6 pool towels are provided). Bathroom soap watered down and squirts out like water. Message Carlos before you arrive to get gate code & door code. Nice big table to eat at. No issues using kitchen - we used every morning & night. We were 10-20 min drive away from the 4 non-water Disney parks. The first night there was a loud party across the way till 10pm and I lost my mind

My family and I loved the space and had a great time! there was plenty of space for my kids and 2 pets. Condo was in a more secluded section of the neighborhood. Amenities were nice especially the pool. Location to the parks and attractions was very convenient. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was excellent and exactly like the photos and descriptions. Everything was nice and clean. Soon as me and my family walked in it smelt fresh and felt right at home. Perfect vacation spot for me and my family and we enjoyed every min of it. We definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Lina was a great host and always responded in a timely and professional matter.
