It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an amazing stay at Kidena House. The property is beautiful and exactly as it is shown in the pics. The staff (Tej, Nitin and Ravi) were very helpful and super accommodative. The entire staff worked with clockwork precision. Daily Cleaning was undertaken. Food served was very tasty. The swimming pool and the water body add their own charm to the property. We would strongly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

Harry & Tanna's place was perfect for my stay. The place has security and ample parking and it was very convenient. Harry was very proactive about communicating and responding very promptly. I had a peaceful stay, with no issues. The unit was spacious and had a little sit-out area which was very nice. Overall, it was good and would definitely stay there again.

Tanay was extremely helpful with clear instructions to the place. He even accomodated for our chaotic schedule by allowing a late check-in and check-out. He was very responsive to our messages as well. The place is welcoming and well kept. We had a very comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Siolim, located just behind Domino’s - a very convenient and central spot. The apartment is tastefully designed with stunning Bohemian interiors that immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. The living room was quite spacious, with an attached open kitchen that was both functional and stylish. The Boho decor - from the earthy tones and natural textures to the cozy furnishings and thoughtful decorative pieces - added a lot of charm and character to the space. Every corner of the apartment felt thoughtfully curated and very well maintained. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything looked freshly done. Special mention to the host Hem, he was extremely nice, friendly, and approachable - very responsive and genuinely caring throughout the stay. I had no issues at all and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and comfortable stay in Siolim.

A Perfect Getaway! I recently stayed at this Villa and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were cozy and well-furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area — wow! The private pool, garden, and serene views created the perfect setting for relaxation. The place is really nice and rustic. Apart from the few cobwebs here and there the place was clean. They were very clear with their instructions and always available to our questions and accommodating.
