It is surrounded by nature overlooking the state-owned forest along the coast of the Jogasaki coast, which is right in front of the open-air bath and BBQ terrace. Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

As you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the ocean jumps into your eyes.The living room, which has about 20 tatami mats, has a sofa, kitchen, loft, and a fireplace in winter, and a relaxing space for families and friends. A terrace made for viewing the sky and sea from the sea when you go out from the window to the terrace.You can luxuriously feel the comfortable breeze and sky flowing slowly in the jacuzzi and hammock swing. From the terrace, climb up the stairs to the sky deck.All you can see is nature.A breathtaking view unfolds. This tiny house is within walking distance of all the beaches of Yoshimi.(Iritahama is the nearest station, 7 minutes on foot/11m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, such as surfing and swimming! The facility is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and Netflix, so you can use it for long-term stays and trips as a base for work or Izu trips. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove (gas), cooking utensils, dishes, and simple seasonings. We also have a large number of free rental items available for guests.Bicycles, kickboards, etc. are available for free, so feel free to use them for walking during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please check the house rules for details. In addition, smoking is prohibited in the facility, so please smoke outdoors. Please check the house rules for smoking areas. Access is a 3-minute walk from the Iritada bus stop, which is a 10-minute bus ride from Izukyu Shimoda Station, and about 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station.
