In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed, as well as a living room with a double sofa bed – which makes it well suited for up to 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance from the garden and is located right next to Kongeskogen, with direct access to trails and hiking terrain.

Modern guest suite in a separate part of a detached house built in 2022. Central location with bus stop 100 meters from the house that takes you to Oslo city center. The guest suite is 28 sqm and rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of a bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Also included in the rent are TV with chromecast, towels, bed linen and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 minutes takes you to Oslo city center. The bus runs every 15 minutes.

Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

Cozy suite in the basement of a stylish 2015 house, with private entrance. It is located in the beautiful and calm area of Ullern, close to subway and bus stops that connect to the city centre in 15-20 minutes, and Flybussen FB3 (direct night line to Oslo Airport in 70 minutes). This 23 m2 suite consists of a nice living room, bathroom and washing room. There is NO KITCHEN available but there is a mini-fridge, microwave oven and coffee/tea amenities.

Very compact apartment 13m2 (140ft2) with double bed. Modern bathroom with shower. 4 minutes to subway, 11 minutes to city center. Wi-Fi (150mbs+). Fresh air. Check-in is basically from 6 pm (due to preparation), but can be from 12 pm by appointment. There is stair-free access from the parking lot, but if you want to use the subway, you have to go up and down stairs.

This is a studio apartment on the first floor of our house. Free parking right outside the door. There is a small nice kitchen for this apartment. The bedroom has a bed (180/200) and a table. In the living room and kitchen there is a large sofa. TV in the room. The bathroom is new and nice. There are also three closets. Normal house rules.
