The apartment is located in a classic apartment building from 1890 right by the Botanical Garden. Good ceiling height. Modern kitchen and bathroom. It takes 12 minutes to walk to Oslo Central Railway Station, and 5 minutes to walk to Grønland, Grünerløkka, and Tøyen, and 8 minutes to the new Tøyenbadet. There are several great parks in the area. There is a short distance to the metro, bus and tram, so you can get around the city quickly. We're usually flexible on time for check-in and checkout, so please let us know. Welcome to us! This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.
