The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. If you have a car, you can park right outside. Possibility to sit outside in front of the apartment and use the garden if desired. We have an active girl of soon 6, so a little life and touch in the house is. Good play buddy if someone has kids :)
