Copenhagen and Lund are reached within 20 minutes by train or bus

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

A complete guesthouse just for you. Here you will find your very own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen complete with stove and fridge/freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a second queen size bed. The guest house is close to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

It has a cozy courtyard with sun loungers and outdoor furniture where you can relax in the middle OF the city. it's very close to Södervärns bus station and the restaurant life of the mill. It is also walking distance to the trianglel station. welcome on the 5th of August 2024 I am going on a very long trip. Then I will have a nice co host who lives here in the big house and takes care of airbnb in the guesthouse.
