From the apartment there are several nice trips you can go, including to Hånipa, Dagsturhytten-Brakabu and Iseggene. In the basement of the house is the cozy Eide's café and shop, where you can enjoy a lunch, Thursday-Saturday from 11-16.

The buses run every 5-7minutes during the day and every 10 minutes in the evening. The bus takes 13 minutes to Bergen City. During weekends 1 adult ticket can bring 4 kids under 15 years for free on the bus.
