Fra midten av Juni til September er det vanligvis et stort svømmebasseng tilgjengelig rett på utsiden av leiligheten. Dessverre er pumpe til bassenget nå ute av drift. Dessverre blir ikke bassenget i drift denne sommeren. Gass-grill tilgjengelig sommerstid etter avtale med verten.
