At our place you can borrow a canoe and paddle on Vågvann which also goes over into Langen. There are several campsites where you can stop and take a break. 4 min to bus that goes to Oslo, Ski and Lillestrøm. You are right by the countryside and good hiking trails.

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a cozy cabin located on Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while you get a taste of boating. Bua is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who are vacationing in their boats. There are bathing facilities on site with a bathing staircase at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forests, trails and mountains. Our family love the cabin because of the peaceful area with no traffic, because we are directly by the lake, because there's sun from dawn to late evening and because we have all the comforts of a modern home.
