Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Östra Göinge Municipality

We had a wonderful time in Olastorp. We stayed there with our adult son, his wife, and their two young children, and the house was just right for our little family group. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we were touched by the thoughtful welcome gift of fresh eggs and the handwritten note. The bouquet of wildflowers and bowl of candy were such lovely, personal touches. The children had a great time playing with the lawn games in the garden, and one of their favorite moments was walking down the road with us to visit the neighbor’s cows. Each day, we went on small excursions to explore the area and to visit with relatives and friends we rarely get to see. A special highlight was the Moose Safari in Markaryd — it was such a hit with the kids that we ended up going twice! Thank you so much for creating such a welcoming and memorable place for us to enjoy time together as a family. We truly appreciated every detail. We hope to come back!

I can hardly put it into words: it was really beautiful in Petra's Toste Hus. A house with charm, with history and a feeling of home (and not just because everything was lovingly prepared and decorated). There is endless things to explore in the area (Åhus, Sinrishamn, the small local harbor, Viby, Kivik,...) and the nice thing is: Petra can give you good advice on everything and gives warm recommendations. The garden is huge and wonderful. We were even allowed to harvest rhubarb and the children could play there. It was perfect and I would like to recommend the house and the hostess to everyone! Thank you for having us.

Beautiful place to stay in the Swedish countryside. Peaceful surroundings with nearby access to walking trails. Short drive to nearby towns. Hosts were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about local history. Highly recommend!

The house is very nice and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Upon our arrival, everything was extremely clean and tidy. The location in the middle of the forest ensures a pleasant tranquility, especially in the evening and at night, an almost special, atmospheric atmosphere is created. A real highlight was the proximity to nature: we could watch a moose, a fox and several deer straight out of the window. Communication with the hosts was friendly, clear, and reliable at all times. The instructions were understandable and helpful, and messages were always quick to respond. A consistently successful stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely, with great facilities and excellent service. Everything was smooth and easy, from finding the place to settling in. It was a hassle-free experience, and we truly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Grandpa's house was very nice. Those who seek peace and want to escape stress will find it there. The view from the glazed terrace is simply fantastic. We were there as a family, "my husband and I with our children and grandchildren." Everyone had fun fishing, going for a walk and the best thing was the "undisturbed time together" that we had spent. The house is very well equipped, we have nothing to complain about and would book it again without hesitation. For us, it was a perfect family vacation, unfortunately, much too short, it passed much too quickly with this natural beauty and accommodation.

We had a very lovely week here! Almost every day, we went hiking and admired the beautiful landscape and the natural stone buildings. In the evenings, we spent a lot of time in front of the fireplace, talking, reading, and playing board games. The house is very charmingly decorated and cozy and we all felt very comfortable here!

The flat looked exactly like the pictures and it was clean. Fast communication with the host. Central location.

We had a wonderful stay at Carina's place, it's the most quiet location I have ever visited. Still Osby was just a 5 min drive away, where our kids enjoyed the Brio Museum. From there it was just 10 min with the train to Älmhult where we also enjoyed the Ikea Museum. The forests are full with blueberries and cranberries. The accomodation was spacious and well-equipped. Carina was a wonderful host. Her husband loves renovating things, so they even placed a cute retro petrol station in the car. Don't worry it's just decorative and not in use :-) Besides one has wonderful view into the nature. We'd be happy to return one day.

We had quite and peaceful stay at Sara’s place. The apartment is a bit rustic in rural location, but it has a full kitchen and its own bathroom. Good value for money.

Absolutely amazing place! We loved every minute we were allowed to spend here. The house, the forest, the lake make the perfect place to relax and get away from the noise of the city 🌳💚

Super cozy little cottage with the forest as a neighbor. Very peaceful and quiet. There was everything you needed, the host has thought of everything! ✨ we are incredibly satisfied! + moccamaster + Fireplace + BBQ area outside + there was a lot of kitchen accessories + games and other + lots of wood to burn with + ac (which we never needed to use) - there was only one bike, not " bikes" as it said. - the fridge cools a little badly - only vaaaarm water in the shower, could not turn to colder - bring indoor shoes to support when going up the stairs to the loft. 4.5/5 🙌🏼 Recommend the place if you want to get away! Nice and great host. ☺️

This was really a fantastic place for us who have children. There was a lot for them to do, the kayaks were a favorite but also the trampoline, playground and all the other fun things were appreciated. The cottage was clean and fresh and had everything we needed. It was beautifully and secluded next to the forest, which was nice for us adults (and for the dog). We'd love to come back.

We were a group of girls who spent a couple of days in this accommodation. We had a fantastic cozy weekend and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. The accommodation was larger than what we experienced from the pictures and everyone slept very well in comfortable beds.

A cabin in a beautiful place that is very isolated, no neighbors in the area or who can be seen from the cabin and the dog ran around freely. The cottage is exactly what you expect, cozy and of older standard but has everything that is necessary and self check-in. There is a private jetty just a few minutes' walk away. No worries about getting the cottage warm as there are heating elements to turn on in the large living room. The only negative is that the cleaning could have been done better before the visit, otherwise spiders and the like like to find their way to cabinets and places with heat if the house is empty for a period, but understandable considering the location. So short, if you are looking for a cozy cottage in a VERY remote private place near lake and forest walks, you have found the right place, you feel at home right away & we would like to visit the cottage again if we are in the area. We had a lovely holiday in Johannes' house. The location is absolutely perfect with two lakes very close to the house. At one lake we could see ropes and towing ropes. The other one had a fantastic view terrace, bathhouse and sauna. It is deep enough to jump from the footbridge. We'll definitely be back.
