A cozy cottage built in 2019, which comfortably accommodates 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Within a three-kilometer radius, there are swimming beaches, hiking and biking trails and the "meteorite crater" Söderfjärden where thousands of cranes stop over in the spring and autumn. Norrbacken is an idyllic hill with small farms, forest paths and little traffic. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Sigges Inn is a private accommodation of about 70 m2 consisting of kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms.
