Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. It is situated only 10-15 mins drive to the centre of town and very close to the Peninsula tourist spots including Larnachs Castle etc. Only 2mins drive to Tautuku fishing club. Tea and coffee is supplied and has full kitchen facilities. Set in a beautiful rural setting on a working farm. Some sea views. Popular restaurants close by. The cottage is positioned next to our house but is very quiet and private.

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school, close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There are books, a CD player and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings.
