Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Otsego County

Fell in love with this lake house. It was a surprise for our mom for Mother’s Day. She loved her vacation as we all did. It’s a perfect retreat on the water with beautiful sunsets and lots of wildlife to watch and the sounds of nature were so lovely. A real gem this place is so much so we reserved an extra night. None of us wanted to leave and we all look forward to returning again soon. The home and all amenities were perfect as was the host . Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s property while celebrating our child’s 2nd birthday. The home was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained—exactly what we were hoping for. Even though the weather was a bit rainy at times, we were lucky to get some clear moments to enjoy the lovely surroundings, and the space was cozy enough to enjoy indoors as well. We invited a few friends over to celebrate, and everyone had a fantastic time. The home was perfect for hosting a small gathering and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our special occasion. Robert was an outstanding host—very responsive and thorough in making sure we had all the information we needed about the property. He clearly puts a lot of care into both the home and his guests’ experience. We stayed for two nights and truly didn’t want to leave. It was a memorable trip for our family, and we’re so grateful for the experience. Thank you again, Robert—we’d love to return in the future!

I’m so happy that we found this farmhouse in the country. Conveniently located with a beautiful setting . We were even given fresh farm eggs. I wish we were able to do more hiking, but the weather was not in our favor. Best of all we could bring our fur baby with us . If I was coming up to this area again, I would be more than happy to stay there again. The House was extremely clean. It’s a farmhouse so yes, I had to get rid of a few wasps but that’s expected.

We highly recommend Eileen’s Airbnb in Cooperstown, it’s not just a nice house, it felt like home. There were plenty of board games, books to read and the outdoors was simply beautiful. We definitely appreciated her hospitality, we’d definitely go back and stay longer. We rate Eileen’s place as 10 out of 10.

Had an amazing time staying at the property! The views are breathtaking and space is something you have to see for yourself! We had a small wedding of 50 people and amos accommodated us completely! We will never forget our stay! I would give this a 1 million star if I could!!

What can I say about our stay, it was Great!!! Myself and three of my closest friends wanted to take a trip to Cooperstown to see the Baseball Hall of Fame and needed a place to stay. When I checked on the app Cheryl's place came up and I thought this could work. It looked like what we needed and it DEFINITELY was. Her place was very clean and had Tons of room for all 4 of us, we each had our own bed to sleep in and own room too. They had all the silverware we needed and then some. The beds were very comfortable and the couch was large enough where we could enjoy watching movies at night. It was about 25 mins from good restaurants and the Hall of Fame which wasn't bad. The yard was amazing, huge and with a fire pit and I'll end it by saying that Cheryl was an amazing host who always communicated with me and gave me any information that I could possibly need. I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend her place to anyone going that way. Thank You from all 4 of us!! -Christopher

We had a great stay, secluded with hundreds of acres of land to explore 20 mins to Cooperstown and oneota warm welcoming home has very beautiful energy

If you are going to Dreams Park for baseball, this place is new, clean, and close. Newly redone, AC, 4 bed (2 bunk rooms and 2 bath). Only downside is poor cell coverage. Other than that, and we easily worked around it, place is great!

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

This is my second stay at Melinda and Kim’s Airbnb. They are the most wonderful hosts, and the place is beautiful and comfy. Melinda goes above and beyond with everything she does.

Close to Cooperstown fields .. perfect stay for the week. Quiet . Laundry was available and other guest did not bother .

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

The apartment was very comfortable. The fresh eggs and other breakfast items were a great surprise. The location was perfect for let us get away from Dreams Park between games. Our daughters had a great time feeding the animals and jumping on the trampoline.

We had a great stay at Cornerstone! We were in town for a baseball tournament at Cooperstown All Star Village, and it was an easy drive back and forth to games. It had a homey feel, was clean, and had beautiful surroundings. The hosts were also friendly and always responded to messages quickly. Definitely met our family’s needs. Thank you for having us.

This place far exceeded my expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. Interior and exterior are beautiful,clean and very well maintained. Hosts were very responsive,gave great recommendations and treated us like family. 10 out of 10 from me and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Amazing hosts that know what they are doing.

My husband, friends, and I are truly enamored with Jacob's place. The house is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and inviting. We always have a wonderful time there. This was our third visit, and we can easily envision many more to come in the future.

This was my first time at Kailey's place in Unadilla. I tried to book last year but the dates I needed were not available, so I was sure to book early this year. I stayed at this cabin to attend a SCWK trial in Otego, only 10-15 minutes away.... What a coy place Hilltop cabin is......a fenced deck off the bedroom is a plus and there is so much land to walk around and the pond is lovely....very quiet, although there are a few houses around but I never heard anything but nature! Kailey was an accommodating hostess, reaching out various times to make sure everything was acceptable and that I was able to unlock the lock box and get into the cabin.....The kitchen is very well equipped and the shower was delightful! I would definitely recommend this cabin to others with no hesitation. Thank you, Kailey, for such a memorable stay.....

Stayed at Jennifer’s place as my son was playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Cabin was well decorated and clean. Plenty of space for our group. Stocked with most everything we needed. Easy 30 minute drive to CDP. Walmart 7 minutes down the road for any of our needs. We enjoyed having the chickens greet us each morning outside the cabin. Great spot and we would definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Super cute and intimate spot in the Catskills. Fully equipped cabin for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the mountains. The cabin is really clean. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!

I loved the peaceful reprieve from the Cooperstown hustle and bustle. Beautiful view of the lake and plenty of fishing and boating equipment to enjoy it. The basketball hoop to keep the kids entertained was a great bonus. Spacious master suite was great for parents.

Gail's place is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway to the Oneonta area! There are so many thoughtful touches and amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen. The decor is fun and feels like a home, and the beds are comfortable. We found the location to be a great mix of quiet and private while being within a few minutes of restaurants, a gas station and grocery store. I would highly recommend Gail's home and I'd stay there again when visiting the area!

For price the place was great. Location for us was perfict I have spent 75 plus years in the area. If you like solatude its perfect. For a veiw walk the road down towards the pond then make a left and follow the power line to the crest of the hill over looking the western end of the Catskills. Place could use a few more plates and smaller bowls for A cerial breakfast. Place is perfect for 5 but can sleep 6. I would stay here again. .

The A-Frame on Pudding Hill was everything we were looking for — cozy, private, and super romantic. It had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The hot tub was a little tricky to turn on at first haha, but once it was going, it was perfect. Thank you, Lenny, for being such a thoughtful host. We felt truly cared for, and we’d love to return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dreamy getaway!
