Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace and quiet here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Rustic forge with spa & nature – Morvan

À 20 min des Grands Lacs, séjournez dans une ancienne forge au charme rustique, entourée de nature et d’animaux. Grande chambre parentale (35 m²) avec salle d’eau et WC privatifs. Espace détente avec sauna, jacuzzi et rameur. En option, chambre dans un ancien grenier à foin (2 pers.) avec douche et WC. (No kitchenette) mais 2 Plaques électriques et BBQ gaz à dispo. avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes … Randonnées au départ de la maison, jeux (boules, ping-pong, badminton) et location de vélos.

C'est une petite maison de 50 M2, typique bourguignonne de plain pieds dans un mignon village très calme où il y a très peu d'habitants. 2 terrasses ensoleillées vous attendent ainsi qu'un un jardin clos et sans vis à vis. Salon de jardin, chaises longue, hamac, barbecue vous attendent pour de vraies vacances! idéale pour 2 personnes cherchant à se reposer au calme tout en profitant du confort des équipements modernes ( Cuisine équipée, TV, Baignoire Balnéo 2 places et lit King Size ).

Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover lodge. Cocooning is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel where all the comforts are present (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building close to the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructure of the stopover cottage can be used. Breakfast is offered at €10/person and can be booked upon arrival.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Old farmhouse gîte "La Chevêche"

Newly restored independent farmhouse surrounded by a fenced outdoor garden. * Outdoor amenities: - a 50 m² terrace, - garden furniture, - a table (10 people), - a pergola, - a barbecue/grill, - aromatic plants. * Interior amenities: - a large living/dining room, - a library area that can be converted into a bedroom, - an equipped kitchen - two bedrooms, - a bathroom (shower + bathtub), - a separate toilet. Pets allowed under certain conditions.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, already ideal for a small family or a group such as several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the calm of the hamlet is required.

House in the heart of Morvan

Nice little house in the center of the village without vis-à-vis. Away from the road, with a large lot, your children will be able to have fun with their pets. This Morvandelle house is very simple with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant little stay in complete independence. You can enjoy nature in absolute calm. The Settons and Pannecière lakes are nearby to enjoy the pleasure of water activities or fishing.

Bright Tiny House

Geniet van het licht door de grote ramen. Het huis biedt een moment van rust. Met een wandeling door de bossen en de velden van de Morvan, en de weldaad van het meer van Pannecière. Bezoek Bibracte en het museum van Vercingétorix, de toppen van de Haut Folin, en de bronnen van de Yonne. De gasten dragen zorg voor het huis, nemen eigen beddengoed mee en doen zelf de schoonmaak. On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly furnished and offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its assets.

The small garden gîte

A brand new house in an old barn, surrounded by nature with magnificent views and everything you need for a pleasant stay alone, as a couple or with children. A few meters from the vacation rental, a cabin in the trees can accommodate two additional travelers. We provide the essentials for your stay: bed linens, towels and toilet paper. You will have Wi-Fi in the cottage.
