The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Enjoy a stylish and central home. Refurbished, it is ideally placed to visit Lyon and its surroundings or for business trips. You have 2 metro stations within a 10-minute walk, a Velo'V station 300 m away, and public transport at the bottom of the accommodation. Lyon is only 8 minutes away by car. Bright, quiet (courtyard side) accommodation, with garage, large kitchen, fully equipped. A local market is available at the door on Saturdays. Close to Hall Tony Garnier & Grandes Locos.

It is 150 m from Oullins train station, metro, bus lines serving Lyon and southwestern Lyon. By car, access to the A7 motorway is 5 minutes away.
