Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

It has 270 m2, sauna, bathroom, 3 toilets, living room, kitchen and hallway. Outdoor sauna. Balcony. 5 minutes to Oulu Airport and 15 minutes to Oulu city center. Good bus connections. We hope for a stay of at least 3 days.

Sauna,suihku ja jacuzzi on isäntäväen kanssa yhteinen, mutta ajan sopimalla, se on käytössäsi 1-1,5h/vrk. Jouluun varaukseen kuuluu jacuzzi 3h /päivä.
