The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

In the log house, located in the heart of the Hailuoto National Landscape, you can spend a comfortable holiday as well as telecommuting days. The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), as well as a sofa bed in the living room, the kitchen is equipped for longer stays, and the apartment has a sauna and a terrace. From the courtyard there are magnificent views of the field landscape.

Little red cottage

Mökki on hirsirakenteinen hevostilan vanha päärakennus ja kohta 100 vuotta vanha. Vuonna 2010 mökki on peruskorjattu lattiasta kattoon. Mökissä on 45 neliötä ja sisältää makuuhuoneen, tuvan ja kylpyhuoneen. Mökki sijaitsee hevostilan pihapiirissä ja tilalla on hevosia ja kissoja. Hevosia saa tervehtiä sovittaessa. Historiallinen, hirsitalohuoneisto (rak. 1900, täysin remontoitu 2000-luvulla) merenrannalla metsän rauhassa. Huoneistossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, wc-kylpyhuone ja eteinen. Täysin varusteltu keittiö: astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ym. Mukavuuksina suihku, wc, ilmanlämpöpumppu. Tilaa 4–5 hengelle, rantasauna varattavissa erikseen 30€/h, (sauna lämmitetään valmiiksi ja vuorot klo.18-22 välillä)
