You can leave your car in the parking lot for the duration of your holiday, as within a 150m radius of the apartment you will find ski trails, downhill slopes, hiking and mountain biking trails, a beach, a wakeboard track, a disc golf course, fishing opportunities (rainbow trout), equipment rental, a restaurant, a bowling alley, a convenience store and a Sauna World. Nearby, there is also a horse riding stable and the Syväjoki fly fishing area.

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.
