We stayed here 2x. they house is very cute, fun decor theme & convenient to LU. City Park and all College Ave has to offer. the kitchen is well equipped and I appreciate that the house is fresh & clean without heavy cleaning fragrances. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was great and right next to LU. The space was incredibly clean, easy to use, and great. The Airbnb could do with more lights but apart from that it’s exactly how it’s described and definitely worth the value!

This home was everything we wanted and more. My family felt right at home and were impressed with the space we had as we celebrated with our daughter. Thank you so much for making our time in Appleton stress-free in your beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Leslie's home, everything was clean and very well furnished. Very nice neighborhood, and easy to find location. Location was great for the cheese related attractions that we were there for. Lots of good restaurants in the area, Leslie with good communication along with offering ideas of places to eat. Would recommend the home to all with 3 to 6 visitors. Entry was quick and easy with key code. Easy to follow both entry and leaving instructions. Thank You Leslie!

My son & I had a great stay @ Heather’s cozy cottage during his basketball tournament for the weekend. Perfect spot to come & go, quiet, clean, & Heather was attentive with all our questions/needs.

Nicks place was an awesome landing spot for a group heading to Lambeau. It’s about 25 minutes from the stadium, and walking distance to a Piggly Wiggly. Tons of space for our whole group, and very comfortable. Lastly, Nick was a great host. He had cold waters in the fridge for each guest, and communicated as well as you could hope for. Would highly recommend staying.

An incredible deal for an extremely nice place! The house has great natural light, proximity to the park, cooking supplies, fridge space, and comfy beds. The historic nature of the building makes it pretty cold downstairs in the winter and the shower is a bit cramped. But other than that, it’s hard to find anything to complain about!

We enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, well stocked, and made for a lovely home for the week!

cute little place to kick up your feet and watch a movie... don't expect it to be super quiet... it is an apartment and people are living above you. it's also a high traffic area for semi trucks. the cafe across the street has an amazing Cuban sandwich that I had twice in 2 days.. a few bars all in ubering or driving distance.. you could walk but it's freezing outside this time of year. I thought the place was nice. I slept good too. no issues. I probably stay here again if they hook me up a deal on the price as a returning customer. the place was super convenient for the things we need to handle and get done. and it's also a short drive to and from Appleton and also a quick drive to Green Bay. I had a nice time. I only wish I had an air fryer so I could have cooked up some chicken thighs.... not much good grub in the area, you're sort of forced to go grocery shopping. other than that the place was pretty awesome.

My coworker and I stayed at Melissa's place for two weeks and enjoyed it. It's very walkable to many restaurants and bars, and there are grocery stores within a mile or two. Having a washer and dryer on the property was a plus!! I would definitely stay again!!

Stayed here for a weekend vacation with my mother! Great little place to be! The instructions were very clear on how to find and get access, and the location was wonderful for keeping track of where we were on College Ave, since the flat is almost at the end by the university. Loved the feeling of being secluded while right downtown! Different areas of Appleton and Neenah/Menasha were only about 10-15 minutes away so everything was very quick to get to and explore!

We had a great stay! Perfect amount of space. Beautiful and updated amenities. Even delivered a noise machine to help with noise from the infant staying upstairs! Also had a couple snows while we were there and the drive was always shoveled! 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here! The beds were super comfortable, very quiet neighborhood, and just a great location overall.

From the clear communication and fresh muffins/personalized note upon arrival to the helpful suggestions for the area, everything about staying in Jami’s place was perfect. The apartment was in great condition with high quality amenities, and seemingly all details had been considered for a great stay (kitchen staples, coffee pods, plenty of fresh towels, etc). Jami was clear in proactively communicating entry details and other important information about our stay. It was in an easy location to run along the river in the mornings, access Door County during the day, and then find plenty of restaurants/bars downtown. Would return in a heartbeat!

This condo was great while in Green Bay for a Packers game. The location was very convenient with plenty of restaurant options within walking distance and the stadium less than a 10 minute drive away. The condo was as described and was very clean and comfortable. Megan was amazing to work with and was very responsive throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Really cute, clean place in a nice location in Appleton. We loved the private access, soaking tub, and use of laundry machine. This was a great stay!

Location, location, location. If you’re in Oshkosh for EAA AirVenture, this is the place for a small, 3-person or smaller, family or group. If you can’t get some sort of permit parking pass, it’s faster to walk the 10 minutes to the Super 8 motel and take the North 40 bus to the grounds. The advantages of being that close to the bus route cannot be overstated. Being able to come “home” for lunch, or to cool down, before the air show was fantastic.

Place was comfortable and clean, and the hosts were responsive and friendly.
