We have a barbecue area in the garden 5 minutes walking distance to the sea. Our apartments have independent entrances and large balconies. This is a semi-detached house. The lower floor is not used. Our landlord lives there from time to time. Two balconies do not see each other. We have 3 bungalow houses in the same garden, each house has its own private area, our garden is spacious. Hi, first of all these are cob houses all made by clay in the traditional stone masonery methods of ancient mediterranean. We're leading a self sustainable life 'as much as we can' so our electricity is coming from solar energy panels which are enough to run a small fridge, laptops, lights and phone charges. Wood fire water heater in the bathroom. We wanted to be far from the crowd so we re a bit not so easy to get at. So its best if you have a 4x4 or u can walk a path uphill for 15 minutes.
