Very good stay! Overlooking the best beach in Arraial! Comfortable apartment with parking and easy access. Recommended!

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

Very comfortable and large apartment. All very clean. Check-in very easy to make. Attentive porteries and 24 h. The host always responded quickly and proved helpful. I did not see the ants I had read in some comments. I just couldn't turn the oven on, but that wasn't an issue during the stay. I will come back more often and recommend it!

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

Our stay in this apartment was excellent! We highlight the comfort of its internal layout (we were a family of 5 members, a married couple with 3 teenage daughters) the comfort of 4 bathrooms was spectacular. All the furniture was modern, everything was very clean and well organized. I emphasize that it had everything you need, especially a washing machine and clothesline, which for our 15-day stay was great. The most beautiful thing? The spectacular view from the balcony to the sea!! The best sunsets in Arraial! The convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach is fantastic. In addition to the practicality of having everything at hand (supermarket, pharmacy, food stores, etc.) Desiré was very attentive and answered our questions immediately. Mr. Sillas (manager) excellent willingness to answer any questions, very attentive and cordial. The apartment has managers at the entrance who were extremely friendly. Quiet place, a little dirty neighborhood, lots of stray animals. The city hall could invest in better infrastructure. Natural beauty is abundant. The advertisement matches the service provided. Host available, responds quickly. Thanks a lot for the days of accommodation.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

Very beautiful view, excellent location near everything. The only thing is that there are many steps to climb. I counted 90 steps, so I do not recommend it if you have little mobility. Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back

We loved the apartment, very nice view, very complete, everything it offered, the beautiful pool. We had a problem, but we were able to solve it with the owner of the place who was complaining about some scratches on the TVs. I am convinced that we didn't do it because we hadn't even plugged in the one in the room because we didn't use it. But then, luckily, she was able to find out that it had been another guest or the cleaning staff. And I was more relaxed. The only thing to add is that the location is wrong on Google Maps. When you put the address, it marks it in the center of Rua das Pedras, and it's almost at Praia dos Osos. It happened when I arrived and when I called the Uber to take us. Maybe we should fix that. After all, incredible! The attention, the The location, the view, and the equipment that the place has is super complete, nothing is missing.
