Very quiet and central apartment. You can walk through Oviedo from the apartment. It's also a 5-minute walk from train and bus station. It is ideal both for short or long stays; it has everything you need to enter to “live”. You have supermarket, coffee shops, terraces, shops, medical center 1 minute away medical center 1 minute away… All amenities around. If you come driving, you won't be a problem. The apartment is surrounded by parking. You can feel like you're home!!

Very cozy apartment, recently renovated in the heart of Oviedo, a short walk from all the tourist and gastronomic points of interest; Museum of Fine Arts of Asturias, Calle Uría, Gascona (boulevard of cider), cathedral.... and a 3-minute walk from the bus and train station. Capacity for 4 people, two bedrooms with 1.60 beds (with crib) and another 1.50. It has a workspace. Cozy, nice and relaxing apartment.

It has a GARAGE. My apartment is simple, but at the same time cozy. It has a large window in the living room that I love, especially on foggy days or when the full moon shines in. The beds are made of ecological wood. We love nature, so we have several plants in our home. It has two very nice rooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's on the fifth floor with an elevator. You'll love it. Just to say that a small continental breakfast is included as a courtesy

Cozy apartment in the center of Oviedo, completely renovated in 2024. The interior is totally new and consists of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. It has a sofa bed for a child under 12. It is equipped with household items, microwave, TV, Wifi,etc. The location is perfect, it is behind the Teatro Campoamor, one street from the shopping area, 5 minutes from the old town, the cider boulebard and the train and bus stations.
