Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Municipality of Oviedo

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

Dreamy house, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful, in a quiet area where only the birds could be heard in the morning when waking up. If you want to disconnect a few days for the wonderful Asturias esta es tu casita. The very pending hosts with clear and easy directions and recommendations! From 10!! A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

Thanks to Pepa for hosting us in her apartment, which is located in a very central area and allows you to shine in Asturias. The garage is a real plus.

Loved our stay! We were just passing through Oviedo and this was so close to the train station. Grocery store, an playground, and restaurants within a block. Highly recommend! The main trendy area is about a ten min walk! Every morning around 5am there is a loud trash truck that picks up the trash so you just want a heavy sleeper to sleep on that side of the apt, it woke me up through my ear plugs lol but definitely not a deal breaker!

The host was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was very clean and free of clutter. The location is close to the city center and the bus/train stations. We were easily able to walk everywhere. I didn't love the street we were on, wasn't the prettiest, but it was a quick walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was that the kitchen was not stocked. We stay in airbnb's because it is easier to have a kitchen and cook at home while traveling. The kitchen didn't have much, so it is unfortunate on a 2 day trip to have to buy coffee, olive oil, etc. It would have been nice to have those basics provided. Other than that, we were happy with everything and I would recommend it.

We were 2 couples. The quiet village, has everything you need, supermarket, restaurant.. etc. The apartment is very good, like at home.

The location is unbeatable, a couple of minutes walking from the promenade. The apartment was super impeccable and is very cozy for a couple who is going to spend a few days in Gijón. Communication with Sergio was very fluid, as it took very little to answer when we wrote to him. The only bad thing is the people who start screaming in the early morning street, since you can hear a lot on the floor, but otherwise, I would repeat this place.

Very good location and close to the ski resort. Cozy apartment and everything as described. Good heating. Ivan was always very available from the start. The only downside is not having Wi-Fi.

Wonderful apartment, well equipped and warm welcome by Pilar, also responded quickly to messages. Quiet and beautiful surroundings in the mountains, via Google the exact location was difficult to find in the narrow streets but once you are in the village you can follow the signs. Tip: the village itself does not have a supermarket or bakery, so do some shopping in advance.

Great place for large groups. We had 13 people at the house very well. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and the living room are large. The outdoor areas are huge, with two doormen, a bbq area. Beatriz is very attentive and you can count on her for whatever you need

A quiet area with a nice landscape to disconnect. Clean facilities with all amenities. Rosana has adapted to us perfectly and has made it very easy for us to check in and out. Recommended accommodation!

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

Very good location. The house is as described in the ad. Fully equipped. Perfect communication with the host, we had a little problem in one of the rooms and they came right away to fix it. Ease and information for taking taxis. Lots of outdoor activities in the area. We'll be back!
