Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Self contained 3 bedroom house with beautiful views, free parking, perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs. By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

Self-contained annex - private entrance/hall leading to kitchen/living area, bedroom with en-suite shower room. At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. Heating fixed at 21.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and again a simply stunning, relaxing home. We were made very welcome after our London to Brighton bike ride, bikes were kept safe overnight, I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be a short hop away from the hustle and bustle of Brighton. Stayed at Michael's place before. It is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well furnished. They provide great tea & coffee facilities, freash milk every day. The shower room is well fitted and spotlessly clean. Toiletries privided in the shower. Fluffy towels The view from the bedroom looks out on Saltdean and the sea. Comfortable bed and linen Great recommendation of VIP pizza restaurant and using the Saltdean Lido is a must. Both within 15 min walk. Will definitely return Thanks

Great stay with the perfect host. The room is just as described and we felt like at home. Cath was very welcoming and helpful, providing us lots of recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try and things to do during our stay. 10/10!
