I rent out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a shielded and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. For those interested in the outdoors, wilderness and fine hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Since it is my home that I rent out, there will be a few items that I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive.

We have a manual boat you can borrow if you want to go on the little lake, or you can go fishing or for a swim. We live in the main house, renting out the basement appartment.
