This is the second time I stayed at John’s property. It is conveniently located on campus, and walkable to the stadium. The home is furnished tastefully, clean and stocked with all essentials. John also responds quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend checking out this property. It’s a gem!

This was definitely a cozy corner! Very clean and comfortable. Felt homey. Plenty of space. Kitchen well supplied. Bed was comfortable. We were in town for DePauw graduation- was about a 15 minute drive to campus.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful place. Just the peace and quiet we needed. They had everything we could need or want. Such a wonderful, generous host. Best bed ever! They get everything right!

had a pleasant stay at Nicolas’s basement studio. The space was impressively clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Nicolas clearly takes pride in keeping the studio in great condition—everything from the floors to the bathroom felt freshly cleaned and tidy. The studio itself is well-organized and has all the basics you need for a short stay. The furniture was comfortable, and the bed provided a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the quiet and privacy that came with being in a basement space—it felt like a peaceful retreat. That said, one thing to be aware of is that the studio is a bit dim. As it’s located in a basement, there’s limited natural light, which made it feel a little enclosed during the day. Adding more lighting or finding a way to increase natural light would definitely improve the overall atmosphere. Still, if you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and quiet place to stay, this studio is a solid option.

We arrived late. Dark. Beth did a little extra to make it easier to find in the dark, get in. Beds were ready, late night snacks were there for us after a long day of travel which was a nice extra touch. First time using Airbnb. I hope they are all this good.

Nick's house was perfect for our family of 6 celebrating my daughter's graduation from IU. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The yard and front porch and back patio were so peaceful and relaxing for family time. Nick was a responsive host and very flexible with checkout. I would definitely recommend his beautiful home to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our week at Dan's place. He is very communicative and accommodating. House is in a very quiet and serene location, and is very well equipped. Beautiful new deck and nice fire pit. Fishing was good, even with rainy conditions and high lake levels. The last portion of access road is gravel, but very we'll cared for. There was one low spot in road that flooded because Monroe Lake was at unusually high levels (11-12 ft above normal summer pool), due to extraordinarily wet spring. But our SUVs navigated it just fine. We will definitely look forward to returning.

Great stay overall! We had 16-18 people and the property slept us all comfortably with plenty of space to eat and relax. Much cleaner than other places we have stayed as a group. Quiet neighborhood and great hot tub! We would love to come back.

Property was accurate to description and photos online. Couch should not be considered as sleeping option for adults.

We had a fantastic stay at Meggan’s place! She made check-in and check-out a breeze and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Her communication made everything easy and stress-free. The house and property were absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready for our out-of-state wedding, which made a big difference during such a busy time. The yard was peaceful and relaxing, and the pool was a highlight—such a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. A really cozy cabin! My mom and I loved the space and felt very comfortable during our stay. I must mention that there are no anti slip grips on the tub, so be careful in the shower! I also wish there was a little less grit in the bottom of the hot tub, but I understand that can’t always be helped and all other aspects were clean. Overall: wow. We got to spend time in the hot tub, listened for birds on the porch, and enjoyed our short drive to Nashville for shopping and good eats! (Hard Truth Distilling and Ferguson House were faves.) The place was clean and well organized.

This home was perfect for us and our extended family to celebrate our son’s college graduation. It was clean, well appointed, and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone at the dining room table (including enough chairs) when all 10 of us were there, which was really nice. Comfortable beds and enough privacy for everyone. We especially liked the rec room for playing pool and the backyard games provided. This house made our last stay in Terre Haute very special — thank you Veera!

Absolutely wonderful for families - lots of room for everyone! My kids loved the pool! Lots of thoughtful extras - the snacks in the kitchen were so nice after a long travel day. You can tell they want you to feel at home.

I absolutely loved Denise’s place. She was very responsive and so thoughtful with the extra touches. The area was very peaceful and her place was clean and exactly as pictured. I would definitely stay again and recommend her place to others.

We absolutely loved staying here! The cabin was so cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space is perfect! Waking up and enjoying our coffee under the new pergola was pure bliss! The birds singing created the most enchanting and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect way to start each day and truly unwind. Highly recommend taking advantage of this beautiful outdoor space! We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our trip. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Fantastic host and beautiful place. Definitely will stay there again. We’re coming back to catch “Fred”, which we lovingly named the HUGE catfish in the lake! Highly recommend!

Such a quaint little cabin.

We had an amazing stay at Terra’s cabin and will definitely be back again! The LARGE main living area is offset from the bedrooms (downstairs and on the opposite side of the house) which made for the ideal setup for us traveling with little kids - adults could talk and play games at night without worrying about waking kids. The spacious deck was also ideal for large family meals and nice and shady spot to just hang out on during the day. Very secluded but close to some great places to eat and five minutes from the lake/marina. Had everything we needed and Terra was a fantastic and super communicative/responsive host. 10/10!!

We were looking for a place to just rest our heads since we would be gone during the day. I did not expect the home to be so clean, spacious, and beautiful. I stumbled across the listing after having to cancel the reservations we had at a nearby hotel. So happy we did because the stay here was so much better! Lindsay was super nice and asked if we needed anything while we were there. 10/10 would recommend

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect location for a couple days in Bloomfield. I would reserve again in a heartbeat the next time we need a place to stay.
