With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cosy living area with fireplace and a large terrace with panoramic mountain views, it is the perfect base for skiing, hiking, cycling and mountain biking throughout the year.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

This house is a small, secret house in a completely quiet location. It is a 57 m² triplex, close to all amenities (the resort's center, swimming pool, ice rink, etc.) and ski lifts (the entrance to the inclined elevator that takes you to the cable car is 450 m from the small house). A flat 500 m² garden with a stream that is very pleasant to listen to.
