Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Spring Mountain Cabin is a small cabin (16ft×12ft - MAX CAPACITY TWO PEOPLE NO PETS, NO TRAILERS, AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 10). We are located in the upper Mulberry River Valley between Indian Creek river access & High Bank river access. Our cabin is 2 miles from Byrds Adventure Center & 7 miles from Turner Bend. Clearly Hidden Acres Cottage and Farm

Clearly Hidden Acres is a six-acre homestead located right in the middle of a quiet residential area in Valley View. The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am

Panther Creek Guesthouse

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
