Our stay here was wonderful. Staff was very accommodating and tried to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the view of the lake just off the balcony. The accommodations was very clean better than expected. We used the outdoor grill and found them to be exceptionally clean as well. With the Corona virus being an issue we felt this resort was doing their best to keep guests protected. Staff wore masks and hand sanitizer was available at check in. Win Win!

We enjoyed staying at Fred’s condo. We had car problems and needed to stay an extra night in Branson. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

The place was so big with an amazing view. I was also able to receive immediate help because I was having trouble connecting to the internet. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay, except an outdoor grill.

Great property at a great price. There was so much to do. The unit exceeded expectations. I would recommend calling to ensure you get a bottom floor unit if you have people who struggle with stairs in your party (check photos).

Great place to rent if you’re in the area, conveniently located near most attractions. Fred responded quickly to my request to book (same day trip). The layout and decor was nice as well.

Excellent experience. Checkin is very similar to a hotel with 24x7 availability. Room was nice and the Murphy bed was comfortable and very easy to set up. Nice golf course view from the back porch. I highly recommend this property. Excellent value for the cost.

Marco's apartment is wonderful! It is exactly what you see in the pictures. Tastefully decorated with an extremely comfortable bed and couches. I am picky about cleanliness, and this place is spotlessly clean - white glove clean. Plenty of outlets, there are even outlets on either end of the table, just plug the attached cord into the wall. This was super helpful as this was a working vacation for me. There is plenty of hot water and there is excellent water pressure. The apartment complex is a nice one and is very safe. It has a Cordova address but is right off Walnut Grove so it is just at the border of Germantown and Cordova - extremely convenient to anywhere you want to go in the city. Parking is right in front of the unit. The location is close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, wine shops, and Starbucks is just around the corner. That said, when you are inside the apartment complex, it doesn't feel like you're surrounded by all that, it is quiet and beautiful with tons of trees. My visit was in October and Memphis trees are gorgeous in the fall. Marco is an amazing host, he responded immediately to any questions and always had an answer. Super easy check-in. When you arrive and open the door, don't think the lock is stuck, it's just a very tight door (as it should be) and you need to push to open it. I used the washer and dryer and they work great. I visit family in Memphis several times a year and only hope Marco's place is available the next time I come to town.

This place was beautiful inside and out. It was the perfect spot for my little get away. The host was very responsive and nice. I will definitely book here again whenever I’m back in town!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night. Our only issue was that when we arrived, the bathroom and bedroom were still dirty from the last guests. We were told we could not arrive before 4 pm, because the cleaners need time before then to clean our place. Although, like I said, we got there and it was not clean. Despite this, I sent Brandon a text and he responded within a minute. He communicated well and the cleaners came a few minutes later. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Even though the condo did not look like the pictures ( white living room), I felt it was just as nice! More spacious than it looked, and had an added game room and hot tub! That was absolutely wonderful. The front desk was so kind and helpful. We will be back.

Loved Brandon’s place it was perfect for our mini trip. We came to St. Louis to see Kendrick and our Airbnb wasn’t far from the stadium.
