When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. We had a great stay at this cabin. The area is quite secluded, peaceful with beautiful nature around. Ivars is also a great host, you can tell that he put a lot of work in to the cabin, it's very cosy and there's everything one might need for a relaxing stay. :)

Lovely hostess, prompt, polite communication. We really enjoyed the accommodation as it was what we were looking for- in the countryside, in the quiet between birdsong. We slept under the great oak branches in a huge rocking chair. The accommodation as in the pictures, with everything you need and more, tidy, clean. Will definitely want to come back. We recommend. 🙂
