30 sqm. cozy studio apartment in brick house which is about 100 years old. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator in the house. There is a beautiful Ziediņdārzs park 3-4 minutes walk. One minute walk from the apartment there are two grocery stores, gym, pharmacy, hygienic goods and cosmetic store, in front of the house Tram stop. Along the street is a bicycle path. You can walk to the old town for 20 minutes moving all the time straight, without turning to other streets.
