Все очено круто! Обязательно вернемся в это место. Пляж супер, все близко. Есть отель где можно позавтракать. Любые рестораны в 10 минутах на машине. Арендуйте машину и наслаждайтесь!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – peaceful and away from the nightlife, but still close to everything we needed. The place was clean, convenient, and had a comfy sofa bed for an extra guest. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing spot near the city!

Yulia was a great host, everytime I contacted her she replied so quickly and was super helpful. The flat was so so clean, which I loved as I am slightly OCD. The only thing missing was some hand towels in the kitchen, otherwise it is a great little flat. The location was great as it is only a short walk to Bang Tao (15-20mins) Beach and there is also a FREE shuttle which took you as well (3-4 mins). The swimming pool was clean and the water was so warm. We went the week of half term so there were alot of families with young children, so if you want some peace it is best to get to the pool early before 9.30am for a swim. The location was perfect and had shops, restaurants, shopping and everything else you need right at your doorstep. The area is super chill and very family orientated. We would defo stay here again. We also loved that it had a washing machine to wash our clothes and downstairs there were more communal ones with dryers as well. 24hr security so felt super safe too.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

My spouse and I have stayed in the apartment for a little over 1 month and really enjoyed the stay. The host was always responsive and tried to help with everything extremely effective and fast. Definitely recommend the place for a short or long-term stay.

В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Окна выходят во внутренний двор, поэтому никто не будет смотреть вам в окно. В комплексе есть бассейн на крыше. Там вы можете встретить закат или поплавать. Здание находиться всех выше. Поэтому у вас будет отличный обзор на Пхукет. Также в комплексе есть тренажерный зал со всем необходимым инвентарем. Отдельное помещение для работы, которое называется библиотека. Так как здание в котором квартира, находится на самом вверху, то удобней всего будет если у вас будет скутер или авто. Транспорт можно припарковать на многоуровневой парковке. Недалеко от жилья находится мечеть. Служба начинается около 5 утра. Слышно молитву, но меня это не смущало. Так как я крепко сплю. Рекомендую эту квартиру !

Appartamento da paura ( in senso positivo ) , molto pulito e aver l’accesso in più piscine e qualcosa di spettacolare! Yulia è sempre disponibile in qualunque ora e in qualunque momento, peccato che non ci siamo visti, ma per tutte le volte che abbiamo domandato qualcosa ci è sempre stata d’aiuto! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

We were looking for a very peaceful yet spacious space with an amazing view. This home was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time overall. Incredible views. Very responsive and friendly staff. The place was easy to live in with all essentials and some extras provided (for eg an after sunburn gel - I didn’t know I’d need it but I did). The area itself is quite good with lots going on but without the massive crowds. Would highly recommend. 2 things to note: 1. Pls take the stairs required to reach the place & back to the main road into consideration, it’s equal to about 5 stories of a normal building so getting out is definitely challenging. The listing is honest about it. 2. The main living room’s walls are a bit thin so you can hear people outside (only happened 2 times in 4 days since the place is ultra isolated, so not an issue for us).

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my friend had a wonderfull time here, hope the next guests also find themselves at home when traveling Phuket . Thank you Alexandre .

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

The surroundings were amazing , the stay was excellent, the convenience of having rental services nearby, tops daily or 7 eleven was a boon. The suite had everything we needed and more.We felt safe and felt like a home away from home.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

Elle was a fantastic host and the place was spotless with a wonderful.Japanese vibe! Super convenient for walking to the lake and nai harn beach.I'd definitley book again!

Remote seaside retreat with beautiful view and access to good restaurants and night market. Excellent hosts. Fully stocked apartment with everything we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Great place to stay. Host is very responsive and suggested many nice places to visit. There’s a 7/11 very close to the house and a 24/7 tops also very near. View is beautiful. The massage place right under the building is also great.

This apartment is amazing and the host Selly, easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything and nothing was a problem. The apartment itself is immaculate. Anyone who reviews otherwise is simply not telling the truth. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
