House holiday rentals in Pacific City

This is the second time we've stayed in Chris's home. This unit is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and comfortable bedding. We saw whales right in front of the unit. Once again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back again.

Small studio that is shared with a larger home. I think the rest of the home is also a rental so we were thankful nobody else was there. Not exactly what I thought when renting out the “entire space” so not a crazy great value given the nightly rate. Very clean and short drive into Pacific City (less than 5min).

We have stayed at Matthews place several times now. He’s always an amazing host! We will be back. The house is comfortable and clean. Such a wonderful location!

The home is in a great location, with a lovely atmosphere perfect for a relaxing stay. There were a couple of small issues at first, but I really appreciated the way everything was handled. The host was responsive and professional, and in the end, a fair gesture was made that showed they care about their guests. Thank you again for making it right. Overall, a nice experience I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had the most wonderful time at “Our Happy Place” the home was clean and so comfortable! Walking distance to the warm pool was a hit for our kids and the short walk to the beach was perfect for beach combing. The neighborhood was charming and so peaceful. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. One of the best air bnb’s we’ve ever stayed in!

Absolutely loved Clare’s space! It was the perfect fit for my family of 5. It was comfortable, clean, and has everything we needed for a perfect weekend at the coast. Walking to the water was literally 5 minutes and there were restaurants and a market within a 2 minute drive. I will 100% be back and can’t wait to stay at Clares again!

This was our second stay and we have every intention of returning again! It’s become an annual trip for us and both times Josephine’s house has been extremely clean, well stocked and very comfortable.

Beautiful and well cared for home, with no detail spared! Ashley has created an oasis in a quaint A-Frame that made me smile the whole time I was there. Walkable beach access was critical for us and we enjoyed the tide pools each morning. The hot tub and sauna were in very good condition and we would have loved to stay longer if we could. The downstairs bedroom is a trundle bed which is very snug in there for two, but worked out for my kids. The upstairs bedroom is lovely but does have a large window that is not covered, so best to bring an eye mask if light sensitive when sleeping. Quick and simple checkout. Perfect getaway for us!

We very much enjoyed our stay . Felt right at home ! Easy walk to town and beach . Hot tub was so relaxing , beds are super comfortable! Sasha was very responsive and kind . House was clean and had everything we needed in kitchen , bikes were a great addition, they even have a wagon to put beach stuff in , found that helpful . We will for sure be back .

Tucked away in the trees\s on a hillside, this wonderful and inspiring home with a fascinating story -- lots character and wonderful things to see and do in every part of the home. This made for one of our favorite ever AirBnB experiences :-) The walk down to the harbor, although steep, is worth it.

This home was very inviting and clean! It was just as described in the listing. Kyla was very gracious and communicated with us politely. She checked with me the next morning to make sure that we got in ok and that our needs were being met. The extra amenities for children were very helpful. The view was gorgeous and we had a great time! I would highly recommend this home to anyone, especially perfect for a family. Thanks Kyla for making our trip perfect!!

we stayed here for our 24th anniversary and it was everything we wanted and more there was a problem with the water during our stay - Tyler responded very quickly getting us information on the problem it was a broken water pipe nearby not at his house and when we could expect it to be fixed he then bought us a lunch for the inconvenience and finally checked in with us later to make sure the water was back on when it was supposed to be (it was) his response made the issue not an issue do not hesitate to stay here - it was perfection in every way

Bird’s Paradise was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed every bit of our stay, the home was very organized and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, quiet and beautiful but so close to Pacific City and only 20 mins to Lincoln City. It checked all of our boxes and more! Mostly definitely worth it and we would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone who enjoys a more rural vacation spot. Emma was super easy to communicate with and it was all around a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

This was a quiet and clean space with comfortable beds. Definitely a good place to spend the night on Cape Kiwanda.

This is a unique place right by the bridge to Whalen Island where there is a beautiful hike with a unique ecosystem, gorgeous little beaches, and lots of birds. You could not have a better view of the estuary than from this house. I watched herons all day long while I was finishing my grading--amazing. My husband and I were here as part of our 32nd anniversary trip and Cassie was kind enough to let us in early, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed to make two excellent dinners and we felt lucky to be in such a gorgeous part of the world.

Nini's place was accurate with her listing, and we had a great stay with our family of 8! Great location, and walking distance to the beach!

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location at this house overlooking the ocean. It was quiet and serene. We loved watching the sunset, seeing the birds and walking down the gorgeous little path to the beach where we found several sand dollars. The turn to get to house is pretty sharp, but we found that if you head south on the 101 a bit, there is a turn around point and it's so much easier to make the turn into the driveway if you're coming from the south (turning left from the highway). The house was well equipped, but we felt there were a few things that were neglected as far as cleaning. That was the only let down--with high cost comes high expectations. Despite some of the cleanliness issues, we loved staying here and feeling away from it all....you really can't beat the views from the living room and the deck.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!
