great place, very spacious, restrooms looked amazing, pool was clean. wifi was great, what else can I say. we enjoyed the place and will rent again. tvs were all smart and easy to log into all the apps.

My family had a wonderful stay at Jessica's beautiful beach house! She was a VERY responsive host, and everything was exactly as described. The furnishings are comfortable, and everyone slept well each night. The sea-side decor was lovely and tasteful, and so fun to look at and admire! Highly recommend!

Wonderful host

This was an amazing stay start to finish. The house was as described and beautiful and fit all our family perfectly. Check in and out was easy and the location was unbeatable. Loved popping in and out in the golf cart and the kids had a blast in the pool. Would definitely recommend!!

We booked for a long weekend with two pets. There was plenty of space for our family and we all enjoyed the pool. Keith was responsive and checked in on us. Check in and check out were a breeze with no long list of chores to complete at checkout. Perfect spot, convenient stores close for forgotten items. Beautiful yard and pool. Highly recommend!

The house is absolutely beautiful. Has a really great layout and lots of outdoor seating options. The master bedroom is what dreams are made of!! Loved staying here and would love to stay here again!!

Had a great stay. The house was great, plenty of comfy seating and dining table space. The view of the bay and sunset were stunning. A little dip in the pool was great too since we picked a pretty hot weekend to stay. The added bonus was the ping pong table and our family tournament! Peyton checked in with us and made sure all our needs were met. Would definitely recommend this place if you have a large group!

Place was more than expected. Danny was amazing and answered text messages. Had a great time with family on the canal enjoying kayaking and relaxing. Highly recommend Danny and the properties. Thanks again!

This space was immaculate and definitely perfect for a group of life-long friends to connect and spend time at the beach! All the amenities for making nice, dinners, relaxing, watching movies, and hanging out along the canal. We rented a cart for beach days which, for us, was absolutely worth the expense. We didn’t need any other vehicle the entire weekend as we were just a few minutes from the beach. Well-behaved doggies welcome was a big plus for us! We highly recommend this space and hope to be back next year.

The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had essentially five adults in the house, but we had several people come in and out to visit because my family lives there and we have friends that live there and there is plenty of space for all of us to sit around and visit the hot tub worked, which was a huge plus. Everyone definitely enjoyed the shuffleboard table as well as several other games in the house that were in cabinets that we found it was just an overall great time. if we needed anything she was very responsive and super friendly. I would absolutely be staying in this place again.

The overall stay was amazing! The place is pretty and you definitely feel at home. I would stay here again! The only slight problem was the mosquitos!! Besides that, very responsive host and an amazing experience! I would recommend :)

Cati's house was very nice. It felt homey and it was spacious. The floor plan was in regards of the bedrooms was great; two bedrooms were close together an the master bedroom was in separate area of the house. Backyard was spacious for pets. The doggie poop bags were very helpful.

was super cozy and really big! kitchen was FULLY stocked with dishes ect. which is not always the case!

We enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend! The Spanish village rentals are in such a good location and that’s such a plus. Perfect for two people & furry friends.

the house was very clean and very nice. the bedrooms was pretty big in size. the bathrooms was also pretty big. it was nice to have 3 bathrooms. they didnt have many pans to cook with but not huge deal. there was soaps (bath,dish, and few laundry) provided. there was a couple trash bags provided we should have brought extra but we only stayed 1 night. the hosts responded fast to my messages asking questions. the beds was very soft and so was the bedding. i absolutely loved the pillows. it was a nice stay and nice place.

The place was great and in a quiet neighborhood but was close enough to many amenities and restaurants. Rent a golf cart and the beach is a few blocks away. We had a blast during our stay. The hostesses for the house were wonderful and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We will be using this house in the future.

The unit looks just like the pictures. The view of the ocean from both the upper and lower balconies is fabulous. The unit is decorated nicely. The rain showers in both bathrooms are awesome. The property is well maintained and the front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was amazing and clean. It was easy to find and everyone had plenty of space. I reached out one time regarding the internet and Carolyn responded promptly with updates. I would recommend this home for family fun!!

The house is in a great location! It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped (basic spices, variety of pots/pans/dishes, etc.). It truly felt like we were staying in someone’s home, cozy and welcoming. We understood the listing to have a true sofa beds, which turned out to be more suited for kids and a regular sofa. However, we would definitely stay there again just not with four adults that need three beds. The hosts also left chips and salsa and a bottle of wine. It was a great place and we hope to stay there again.

Very accommodating, place was great for my family and dog. Had a blast on vacation and it felt like home coming back to from our adventures.

Bethany is a very responsive host. We have been to this beach house several times and plan to return. House is clean and comfortable. Nice large couch accommodates all. Outside shower has hot and cold water which helped after a day at the beach. Boardwalk is a 10 minute walk and has been repaired from the last time we were there. We like the location because it is far enough from Port A to get away from the super big crowds but easy enough to run to town for shopping if needed. Can’t wait to return.
