Holiday rentals with beach access in Pahang

The view from the balcony of the room overlooking the KL tower, Petronas twin towers and 118 tower worths every single penny we paid for it. Spacious rooms, super nice and classy decorations. We also enjoyed so much the infinity pool on 35th floor. Very secured area with securities on patrol 24/7. It also connects to the shopping mall on the ground level just 2 minutes walking with fine dining and reasonably-priced restaurants. On top on that, we loved how quickly the host communicated with us when we have questions. If we come back to Malaysia, this will definitely the place we want to book again. Thank you.

Good place, great host!

The accommodation was excellent in every aspect, making our stay truly memorable. The room had a perfect sea view, offering stunning view right from the balcony and the Arched window. Impeccable cleanliness, everything looked well-maintained. Walking distance for restaurants and kids playground. One thing needs to be noticed, the swimming pool got dress requirements. Do notice.

Stayed for second time. Worth the trip

We had a really pleasant stay at Teratak Maryam in Balok. The unit is a condo-style homestay, very clean and well-kept and sangat wangi! One of the best parts was the beautiful view facing the beach – it was so relaxing just looking out from the balcony! The beach and swimming pool were super easy to access, just a short walk away. It’s definitely a great spot if you want a peaceful getaway near the sea. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything even better. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I’d happily come back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Carol’s apartment in Kuantan. Located on a high floor with a stunning, unblocked seaview, the apartment offered us a peaceful and scenic retreat each day. The unit was well-equipped with plenty of beds, pillows, and towels, making it incredibly comfortable for our group of six. The washing machine and dryer worked like a charm, which was especially useful for a longer stay. It’s in a very convenient location with easy access to eateries, shops, and the beach. Everything was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and exactly as described. Carol was a fantastic host — responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuantan. We’d gladly stay here again!

Surroundings was pretty run down but Jiz place was very clean n cosy. The beach is within walking distance and accessible to nearby attractions.

Detached house, very comfortable to live in. There is a small supermarket and tea room to eat within 200-300 meters. Grab is also very convenient. The housekeeper also responds in time. There are recommended restaurants. Everything is very satisfactory.

Good place to stay with big family crowd. Enjoyed the swiming pool. Great place to hang out either with friends or family. Walking distance to speedmart and restaurant. Very high responsive from in charge person. Worth for the money paid.

Our whole family enjoyed staying at the homestay. There were pools for adults and children, and karaoke for us to enjoy. The homestay was clean and spacious enough for all 12 of us. The beach was just a 5-minute drive away.

good ground floor location. easily accessible from main lobby, and easy access to facilities and beach. Just that the parking location is quite far away but everything else is perfect!

Nice place which is close to beach and water activities. The condo has min water park which is nice for kids to swim and have fun . Host is very cooperative and helpful. Will visit again when I come to Kuntan . Thanks again .
