Excellent, a very nice place. Despite being a studio apartment, the layout is acceptable for 4 people, the sofa bed mattress could be a little better. We just wanted a quiet and clean place to sleep, so it was more than fine. The common areas are good for resting and the children enjoy them a lot. Ms. Patricia is always very kind and helpful, thank you very much!

It helped us a lot even in requested suggestions that were not directly related to the accommodation itself, very empathetic, proactive and collaborator. Status: It perfectly matches the photos, everything is in excellent condition, the appliances, the furniture, the kitchen, the apartment in general: The only Airbnb where we find enough bottled water, coffee and sugar. In the details it is evidenced that they thought of everything. Complete: There is absolutely everything, kitchen items, linens, toiletries Proper parking, comfortable building. The place was impressively clean upon arrival. Viviana, who managed our check-in, provided exceptional service, responded promptly to questions and patiently handled ID requirements. Her local recommendations for restaurants and desserts became highlights of our trip. The only minor drawback was the thin walls, allowing us to hear neighbors occasionally. This wasn't a major issue and not something hosts can control in the building's construction. For anyone exploring the lush, green landscapes of Boyacá, this apartment is the perfect base. The convenient location, comfortable amenities, and outstanding hospitality made our experience memorable. We would book this place again for future visits!

I recommend it very nice, very comfortable and the customer service very good, I would come back tomorrow if I could haha; the only thing I would recommend for future guests is that when arriving in Paipa by waze or Google maps they look by the name of the building and do not be guided by the address or the link of arbnb, since it has a fault and you end up elsewhere, a clearly issue of the app and not from the hosts but it's worth mentioning so that it doesn't happen to more people.
